Then a very, very strange introduction of your quest with half stories, and other content that would be great to hear from the guest (instead of you talking about the guest talking about stuff). You also double introduced the show. You welcomed us to the podcast and then welcomed us to episode three (I didn't go anywhere). Then just about the time you get to the guest you ask for support. Support for what? What value have you supplied? Get to the guest quicker. I did like that you weren't reading a generic bio and instead were telling me why you were happy he was on (I just didn't need to hear a long story about how you met, at least you think that is how you met....)
