Zone Out Records introduces their new and upcoming artist, Isaiah Hammonds, from Farragut projects.  17 year old Hip-Hop artist, CDF Zay hails from Brooklyn, NY. Like any young artist who came from poverty, Zay says he's jusy trying to make it out. He hopes that his music will allow him the opportunity to give back to the people around him. To Zay, music is a way to mentally release and a way to creatively express his feelings.
