For episode #6, I went back into the crates and dug out some of my favorite cuts from artists like Massive Attack, The Jazzual Suspects,  Mark Farina, Pindaric Spleen, Tears for Fears and others. This music is not your average cup of tea! Chillout, downtempo, music like this, got its roots from jazz, classical, r&b, blues, hip-hop and alternative. It's a 'melting pot' if you will, as these genres come  together to put the music right in the pocket with the BPM (beats per minute) that are well....not too slow, not too fast, but just right. Combine it with intricate melodic symphonics, a slight bit of boom bap, and you've got yourself something special.  So sit back, grab your favorite cocktail, light it up if you got it, and relax.
