When we hurt another sentient being, we hurt ourselves 10 fold….there is no freedom to be found in blaming, or dumping our suffering on others. Every thought, word, and deed has a ripple effect on all life near and far, so support the universe in its creative intent, that of love. The energy we carry around other sentient beings can affect those beings profoundly so be aware that certain energy hurts depending on its form, so carry love in your heart.
