We’re going to talk about something that I continuously hear and I’m sure you do if you own a business. “Must be nice.” So, for anyone that owns a business to understand, this is something that average people will say to you. The simple fact that people don’t truly understand what goes into building a business. Sacrificing time with your family or working on the weekends. So, when someone says, “It must be nice,” understand they may not know anything but what they’ve been taught. Giving a slight lesson on what really takes when someone says this to you. “Must be nice” working 120 hour weeks to make sure your clients are taken care of in the best manner. “Must be nice” to miss out on parties and celebrations, get togethers, knowing you have a big deadline coming up. “Must be nice” working on the weekends so that you know during the week, you are prepared ahead of time. It “must be nice” knowing you work your fucking ass off to give you the life that you want and the freedom you deserve. What’s nice is knowing that we sacrifice all the above to help others. So next time someone says, “It must be nice,” give them the lesson on what hard work truly looks like to build something from the ground up.
