MSA’nın Podcast’i Mutfaktan Sesler’in bu bölümünü Türkiye Kantar Insights’tan Hande Beceren, UFS Türkiye Pazarlama Lideri Didem Molay Sevin ve UFS Lider Şefi Osman Bahadır ele geçirdi. Mayıs 2023’te MSA şefleri, öğrencileri ve sektörün önde gelen şeflerinin katılımı ile gerçekleşen bir lansman ile “Geleceğin Menüleri” ile tanışmıştık. Bu menülerin nasıl ortaya çıktığını merak ediyorduk, UFS ve Kantar liderlerine sorduk. Bugüne kadar sadece Türkiye’de değil 25 ülkede yapılan şef panelinin hikayesine böylece ulaştık. UFS’ın şefleri anlamak üzere çıktığı yolculuğa, farklı ülkelerdeki şeflerin ihtiyaçlarının nasıl farklılaştığın, “Geleceğin Menüleri”nin Türkiye’de şefler ile buluşmadan önce nasıl ele alındığına kulak verdik.
