MSA’nın Podcast’i Mutfaktan Sesler yeni bölümüyle karşınızda. Bu kez konuğumuz Girandola markasının kurucusu, 1960-70’lerin İtalyan tekniğiyle artizan dondurma üretimi yapan Aslı Eraltan. Bu bölümde dondurma yapmayı öğrenmek için İtalya’yı karış karış dolaşan, tutkusunun peşinden koşan bir girişimcinin kalbimizi dondurma gibi eriten hikayesine kulak verdik. İtalya’da öğrendiği Türk malı dondurma makinasıyla yola çıkan Eraltan’ın tutkusuna hayran kaldık. Malzemede sürdürülebilirliğin ve meyveleri mevsiminde işlemenin önemini kavradık. Yılbaşını dondurmacıda kutlayan, futbol takımı tutar gibi dondurmacısını tutan müşterilerin hikayelerine gülümsedik. Bundan sonra dondurma seçerken dikkat edeceklerimizi not aldık: Yükselmeden sergilenecek, metalik tat vermeyecek, fazla parlak olmayacak, şekere boğulmayacak.
