Hinter der von außen glücklichen Fassade, scheint es aber zu brodeln. Als Tanja dann, hochschwanger, auf einmal kurz vor ihrem Geburtstag verschwindet, ohne ihre kleine Tochter, schrillen bei Familie und Freunden, sowie später auch bei der Kripo alle Alarmglocken. Wo ist Tanja? Was ist mit ihr, und dem kleinen ungeborenen Sohn? Tage vergehen, bis man Tanjas Kopf am Rheinufer auffinden wird.
