Basic Instinct Review

Hey! I'd love to hear your thoughts, send me a voice note. TFG1mike and MovieRevolt Dan revisit Paul Verhoeven's 1992 psychological thriller Basic Instinct, discussing its enduring suspense elements, Sharon Stone's career-defining performance as the manipulative Catherine Trammell, and how its sexual content and treatment of psychology have aged. They explore the film's various cuts, the controversy it sparked, and why it still holds up as a thriller despite feeling dated in other ways.
