Heart… there’s a lot there when we dive into heart as part of joy. In this meander, Angie and I explore the connection between heart and joy: how wholeheartedness, broken heartedness, and openheartedness are necessary ingredients in discovering and experiencing the joy that exists right under our noses all the time. We only really experience its fullness when we have connection: to our bodies, to other beings (people, dogs etc), to nature, etc. Through the heart, we connect to the sacred, where we experience the tender place where joy and love are known—sometimes with great delight, and sometimes, with discomfort. Listen in and meander along on this exploration full of, and about, ‘heart.’
