There were several great matchups in College Football's Week 4. Ohio State beat Notre Dame on the 2nd to last play of the game, and Florida State beat Clemson, in overtime, for the first time since 2014. Today, we will be analyzing who I think College Football's 10 best teams are. Notre Dame Football, Oregon State Football, and USC Football are some notable programs that missed my Week 5 Top 10. The Washington Huskies and Oregon Ducks climbed up the ladder after having impressive performances. Washington State also entered my Top 10 after having an impressive win over Oregon State (who I had ranked in my Top 5 last week). Do the Cougars deserve to be in my Top 10? Michigan, Washington, Ohio State, and Georgia remained in my Top 4 and I think these are the nation's elite teams right now. I try to be consistent and not overly reactive with my College Football rankings, so if you think I missed a team in my Top 10, I will rank that said team in my Top 10 if they perform at a great level over several weeks.
