My 2026 College Football Playoff Predictions: THREE Big 12 Teams Make It?!

My way-too-early 2026 College Football Playoff predictions are here — and I've got THREE Big 12 teams making the 12-team CFP. Texas Tech runs the table. BYU makes a deep playoff run. And my biggest surprise? Houston goes 11-1 and earns a spot in the College Football Playoff. I break down my projected 12-team field, every first-round matchup, the quarterfinals and semifinals, and ultimately predict Indiana vs. BYU for the National Championship, with Indiana winning it all. 🏈 Projected CFP Field: Ohio State, Miami, Indiana, Texas Tech, Oregon, Georgia, Texas, BYU, Washington, Oklahoma, Houston and UNLV. Could the Big 12 really get three teams into the playoff? Could BYU make a run all the way to the National Championship? And is it time to expand the CFP even further?
