Many have come to Tom Cruise's defense over his emotional outburst towards his Mission Impossible 7 crew over violating COVID-19 protocols. The defense is that the stakes are too high. In reality, Tom did more damage by introducing fear & intimidation which will now cause his key stakeholders to hunker down and withdraw. Tom had every right to make things uncomfortable, but he needed to do that in a composed manner. You keep your cool, you can command anyone & anything.
