My attempt to get dor to pay for my education on they did not get the memo

I'm starting to feel this though I'm being singled out to be punished by this agency I don't know what I've done to them except be assertive in my education maybe I push him a little too hard after all this is taxpayer's money and we should use it to do what the program says the tax dollars should do and the employees that work at this place should not use their personal opinion when I'm eligible for services maybe I'm looking at it wrong if I am dor forgive me but it looks like I'm getting drag
