I'm a pretty steadfast person. Consistency runs through my veins. We've been talking about it a lot lately and I wanted to tell you that one thing is about me is that I do consistently: hoard papers.

Yeah, it's not my best character trait.

But at the same time, if I wasn't the paper hoarder I am (and on some level, have always been), we wouldn't have had today's delicious treat exploring my handwritten notes from when I took B School back in 2019.

In today's episode, I'm walking you through the single sheet of paper -  out of dozens of papers in my 3" binder! - that helped me lay the foundation for everything I'm doing today. This one paper holds the reasons "why", and I mean literally.

I'm sharing with you an exercise I did from a module lesson in B School where I was challenged to find my "why". And believe me, I did!

I hope you enjoy this walk down memory lane with me.
