Today I am sharing the 4th and final part of my health journey. This one was by far the toughest one for me to overcome and figure out. It took me about 3 years to really discover the root cause of my chronic cystic acne. What started out as a few blemishes ended up spreading down my neck, onto my shoulders, and all down my back.
