Using your stories and other experiences to make your customers/associates feel safe and comfortable is your superpower. Communicating well enough to  all the struggles they are feeling and how you can solve those struggles are important. Allowing yourself to be vulnerable in the process is key. When you allow the vulnerability you give your audience/customers/associates the ability to be vulnerable with you. That feeling will be what they remember. They felt seen, heard and validated.
