Welcome to My Best Year Yet Masterclass - a 3 day Masterclass that gives you 3 significant pieces to having your best year yet. This is an interactive Masterclass that involves teaching, meditation and writing your Notes to Self.  Each day follows on from the previous session so please listen/watch these in order.
