My Blessing for the New Year

A new year brings hopes for health, stable finances, happy relationships and fresh opportunities, but Scripture does not promise any of them. God's promise to Abraham reaches its fulfilment in Jesus, showing His unchanging purpose to save and His inability to lie. Jesus is the sure anchor. As the perfect high priest, He stands in God's presence on His people's behalf and holds them securely, whether the year brings fullness or painful refinement.
