My Catalyst for Change

from All Things Woo · host Taylor Rae

Welcome back! I am so excited for you guys to hear this episode today, because I feel like this experience was very detrimental to my personal and spiritual growth as well as my growth as a mother. It is a very triggering episode that deals with domestic violence, drug abuse, narcissism, and all around heavy material. Please do not listen to this episode if you believe it would be triggering for you personally! I believe in transparency and authenticity so this is my most vulnerable topic and I want to get it out of the way early on so you all know and understand the foundation of my story. I have been in those dark spaces and I have made it out. Never thought that I would be able to say that and I want you to know that there is support for you if you are in that space now. Even if you are not, I want you to know that I do not speak on anything that I do not practice or embody myself. This episode as well as this podcast and journey are all connected to me coming out of this space and choosing to embrace the things that I want in this life. I hope it resonates well with you all and I can't wait to connect with you!
