My Chat with David Walsh Kemiss from Ballykilcavan farm and brewery. David is a 13th generation owner of Ballykilcavan, which is a working farm and brewey amongst other things. He grows barley for Waterford Distillery and also owns Kylebeg Wood, from where Irish Distillers felled the Irish Oak for their Dair Ghaelach release a couple of years ago.
