Join me for my chat with Julie Christie from the Celtic Whiskey Bar and Larder in Killarney, Celtic Whiskey Shop, Irish Whiskey Live and Irish Whiskey Awards. She's a busy girl! I initially recorded the podcast in Bar 1661 in Dublin, courtesy of Dave Mulligan, the proprietor. He was kind enough to lend me his snug one morning in January........then I went home and deleted the recording! Disaster....but Julie kindly agreed to re-record the podcast, so I went down to Killarney to meet up. A few of the events that we discussed have since been postponed due to the current Covid-19 crisis, but I'm sure they'll be just as much of a success when they do get to happen.
