We had a great chat about Ronan and Michael Cowman's new Indy Bottler company, Redacted.  Redacted have 2 releases to date - Killowen Single Cask and their new 200ml 'Naggin' series, the first being a 20yr old Single Grain from Cooley finished in a Barolo wine cask from Italy.
