He has undertaken a unique project with his Single Estate Pot Still Irish Whiskey, where he has commissioned Great Northern Distillery to distill his Curraghmore grown barley, to his specifications and is offering barrels to select clients, with huge amounts of added access to his estate as part of the deal.
