Holidays are hard for everyone! We are all bringing expectations, hopes, dreams, traumas, and griefs to name just a few and they are all smooshed together to create a vulnerable and possibly reactive state.  In this episode, I unpack something that is happening in and with me at the moment. I hope this unpacking will also be helpful to you as you navigate the complexity of dealing lovingly with yourself as you also deal with others. Please take care of yourself and remember that it is okay to take breaks- to recenter, breathe, and let the stress out. Doing these little practices can help you come out of the festivities still feeling like yourself.
