I began feeling a bit off on Monday, which developed into the worst migrane and i lost my appetite and felt nauseous, also felt cold and like my temperature was up a little, then Tuesday my head was the same, but pain killers were helping, i still felt sick and aching in my stomach and no appettite, i kept burping and still have burps, my sense of smell heightened so smells made me nauseous, my eyes were light sensitive and still are, then Tuesday night my nose began dripping and my lips dry and cracked feeling but i still had smell and taste. I felt nauseous the whole time, i could only nibble on dry biscuits which i forced myself to do along with pain killers and vit c and d and zinc. For info i have not had vaccinations and im res neg blood group. During lockdown i had no doctors as i had fled to a womens refuge but am meant to be under the hospital for womb issues and endometriosis as well as ovarian cysts and thickened lining of my womb and bleeding. But lockdown messed up my hospital check ups and as i have no doctor currently, ive been left to myself but hope to have a new doctors soon. On Wednesday, i was able to eat a jacket potato, still a dull horrible sickly ache in my stomach and like my kidneys working overtime, my lips felt tight and cracked but i still had taste. I woke up feeling normal temperature but had a sore throat in the night from a cough that developed Tuesday night and turned into almost like whooping cough, Thursday i was actually hungry and ate beans on toast, although i lost my sense of smell today i still have a slight sense of taste but its getting faint. I had a very strong metalic taste Tuesday night and Wednesday but Thursday the metalic taste is much reduced and almost gone. Ive been sleeping off the sickness, drinking plenty of water and taking vitamins c d and zinc. I have been doing lung exercises for over a year, filling them with to capacity to expand them and i did that to loosen mucus and to cough it up, Thursday my lungs feel free and im coughing less, my nose is bunged one side, im hardly runny at all, my eyes are still sensitive to light and im still nauseous but i have been able to be alert when ive not been sleeping but im still quite chesty when i am coughing and i feel weak.
