Good morning everyone Today, I am not recording a trip away song I am not reading an article which was written by me and published in one of the publications But I'm going to do something different. Well, when I initially started a podcast, I never used to write. I never used to create an interrupt I just spoke. I just picked up the you know went to the anchor app and then created my podcast episode Then eventually I started writing.
I said let me integrate writing and podcast And when I started writing I said let me integrate my exercise schedule And exercising habits and the life lessons learned through exercising and put it into writing Okay, so what I would do is I would you know commit to a 12-week program or a seven-day program or a 15-day program And then I would write about it and then I would create an episode. So what happened? I was exercising I was doing my podcast episode. I was also writing correct felt too great today and Today I want to do something different.
So I'm testing it out. Okay, well I journal I journal and one of the I have a different I have different ways to journal and one of the ways is Writing down or dumping down all my thoughts and feelings on paper TF OP. Yeah, that's the acronym. So when I was doing that today I Sent some kind of a back mid-back Challenge, I don't like to call it as a pain But you know for the general person for a general term because in real world we do have to say pain means pain That's it right and the self-talk can be different.
You are individual narrative can be different. It's your choice So I said to myself hey Lalita Let's think about the two affirmations One affirmation is The the heading of the pages pain and it is from the book Meditations to heal your life by Louise. Hey The other affirmation is also it's more towards the body Specific and that is from another book you can heal your life by Louisa So the same author two different books and I have been actually living this book if you want to ask me I've been living I would come in front of the mirror open the page say it aloud look at my body Look at my face see how I look see how I'm sensing feel the sensation all that thing So my body my emotions and mind I would like to see in front of the mirror whether they are in front they are in integrity They're in integrity. So when I was writing that thoughts feelings on paper and when I realized that I have some back pain back challenge I remember okay, we have we have done affirmation on just pain the word pain Okay, and then we also done affirmation on Specific body challenge it could be you know back pain upper back pain mid back pain lower back pain or arms pain or whatever It is right.
So there are specific affirmation Possible narrative on the thinking that you can create as per Louise his Book titled you can heal your life So today right now what I'm going to do is I'm gonna pick up that book meditation sticking your life I am going to read that affirmation aloud in front of the mirror and I'm doing it right now and the title is pain Let's do it. Let's do it together Love will always dissolve pain. I replace punishing thoughts with forgiving thoughts My higher self shows me the way to live a pain free life I'm learning to respond to pain as if it were an alarm clock signaling me to wake up to my inner wisdom If I have pain I start right away with my mental work. I often replace the word pain with the word sensation My body is having a lot of sensation This little shift in words Helps me focus my consciousness on healing which helps me heal much quicker I know that as I alter my mind Just a little bit my body is altered in a similar direction I love my body and I love my mind and I'm thankful that they are so closely related Okay, now I'm closing that book the title on the page page number 167 is pain and the book Title is a meditation to heal your life by Luis a Luis L Hey, okay now I'm picking up the other book because I've read this book in-depth right and I practice and I practice the wisdom shared in these books That's very important not just reading it and throwing it away and it has helped me guys So I want you to try that so now what I'm doing is I'm opening another book by the same author You can heal your life and I'm going to page 152 where Luis hey has given there are three columns visualize three columns.
Okay column number one is back problems column number two is Possible cause of this pain or possible cause of this sensation because that's what she says right whenever I feel like I don't say pain But I say sensation so possible cause so remember these words possible cause of say back problems then The third column is suggested affirmation. It is suggested. She's not saying oh, this is a medication You can take it. You just say it you will become well.
No suggested meditation suggested affirmation What does it mean a different way of? Thinking about thinking about it. Okay, so Let me see you hang on a second. Okay.
I'm gonna go to the page So what about it? Let me read okay? So the first column is problem the second column is probably cause the third column is new thought pattern So my when I read this right I started thinking why can't I? Impregrate why can't I induced new thought pattern and how can I do it by saying it aloud in front of the mirror as an affirmation?
So here is the thing so I remember problem problem cause new thought pattern. Okay. What is the problem? I was mentioning to you Mid back problems mid back problem.
Okay, so my bit back was hurting so I came in front of the mirror And now I'm the sixth so no the possible cause hey guys now you and me may say oh no no no no I was not feeling like that that is not the cause but Louise. Hey has done her She has given a bibilography where she has referred to several books and she has given all information You can go ahead and check it out. She has done her own research and she has done whatever it is And then she has written the possible cause here it is her book But then she is considered many other authors experts in the field Psychologist, psychiatrist, MDs, you know doctors whatever now I am just going to believe that and I'm going to just do it right it's okay So now the possible cause no probably not possible probable causes guilt stuck in all that stuff back there get off my back Well, I do not know what guilt I'm going to subconsciously probably I have no idea because right now as I'm speaking to you I'm guilt free right but I have no idea subconsciously maybe somebody asked for a favor and I didn't do that and I also didn't say no to them I did not explain something so I'm having some guilt and that is the reason why probably probably My mid back is hurting right so here is the best part guys. She's suggesting a new thought battle and that's what I'm going to read I release the past.
I am free to move forward with love in my heart So when you when I said that I'm saying that with you I release the past I'm free to move forward with love in my heart Now, let's say for example, even though physically even though consciously I'm not feeling any guilt but subconsciously Maybe you know what when we talk to our loved ones, maybe our children, maybe our sister sibling husbands Whoever it is right There are many things many words many emotions that do not land in the same way as you are thinking or you are feeling on the other person So probably subconsciously I'm going through some guilt. I have no idea as I said So when I make a choice to read this new read this this affirmation and I want to create a new thought pattern So what is the thought pattern? I want to create by saying this aloud I release the past I'm free to move forward with love in my heart. That is the first person in some other book I read about say say the affirmation All the three questions.
What does it mean when I say I I it is internalizing. I'm internalizing saying that oh I release the past I'm free to move forward with love in my heart Then let's go to the second person. Let's say my friend or somebody she sees me and she says Lalita You release the past you are free to move forward with love in your heart So let's say if I very close friend who knows me right she we have meaningful conversation We have heart to heart conversation and she tells me hey Lalita you release the past man You are free to move forward and you love with forward with love and heart How do I feel? Oh my god awesome.
Let's say the whole world is says this is the third party, right? So I'm guys. I'm testing these I have tested this for several years trust me So let's let's say the whole world is you know what Lalita? She releases the past Lalita is free to move forward with love in her heart How would that how how do you feel tell your name?
When if you have a mid back pain or something we are not treating our back pain. We are creating a new thought pattern, right? So again, I'm gonna repeat this Lalita releases the past Lalita is free to move forward with love in her heart How beautiful it is, you know, so now I'm no longer thinking as a back pain. I'm not thinking.
Oh my god Why me why did I get this back pain? I'm not nothing new thought pattern now yet another thing So I've just said this okay, and then I'm gonna close my book and then I'm going to just you know go towards Completion of this podcast episode completion of this podcast that's exactly what I'm gonna do So whatever I'm thinking and whatever I'm saying to you and whatever I'm doing is in simplicity How how you know what amount of integrity I can feel inside when I do this that's exactly what I'm doing Okay, guys, I don't know how it landed on you You can test it out, but it is what for me Maybe you have read about affirmations.
