My Current thoughts with USING SOCIAL MEDIA

Thank you for Clicking this podcast episode! Today I discuss a topic that I actually talked about in 1 of the 1st ever Alpha Podcasts. Social Media has a bunch of reasons to dislike it or to not use it. its not new that depression or suicide can be caused from social media. People are assholes & can use social media as a way to spread negativity which causes others to feel insecure, sad, confused, etc.. I learned one day from Gary Vee that social media is honestly not the problem if you really look at the source of where it starts. Where it starts is with US(Human beings). Taking self responsibility is not part of the "equation" for some reason but it is our actions in which we go on social media, Social media does not change anyone, just EXPOSES. Ive personally have been taking a break from social media & have honestly been feeling stronger mentally. At times I'd feel discouraged looking at other people "Live life" so not focusing on social media has been a better path for me. Thank you &hope you enjoy
