Today I talk with Gillian Thomas, a trial attorney with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. She talks with me about discrimination against women, porn on worksites, men peeing in women’s toolboxes, peeing in bottles and sealing them up in the walls of a building under construction, and well, more peeing. Gillian litigates employment discrimination including sex discrimination cases on behalf of women working in male-dominated fields, such as construction and law enforcement.
