My dog ate my funnel cake? How to adopt a pet at the San Diego County Fair

The San Diego County Fair is partnering with the San Diego Humane Society this year to celebrate a 'Summer Pet-tacular' for the fair's 145th anniversary.The theme is inspired by the connection between humans and pets.
