My Experience with Plastic Surgery, Botox, and Fillers + My Rare Disease Story

from Make Bank with Marie Wold · host Marie Wold

Today, we’re talking about something that could be a little taboo--PLASTIC SURGERY. If you’ve been listening to my podcast and following me on social media for some time, you know I always keep it REAL and TRANSPARENT. Recently, I shared my experience of getting botox and fillers on my Instagram stories. I also received a lot of questions and feedback from you guys, so in today’s episode, I will be telling you everything that I have ever done to my face with full transparency and absolutely no shame. I feel like I have experienced and shifted into many different perspectives when it comes to elective and aesthetic procedures. I've had reconstructive plastic surgery due to a rare disease I had as a kid, injectables such as botox and fillers, and I've ALSO considered elective plastic surgery once upon a time, but ultimately decided against it. In this episode, I'm going to share the nitty-gritty details of my experiences with each type of plastic surgery I’ve received. I also share a bit more of my story on why I even needed reconstructive work done. And if you’re considering plastic surgery yourself, I share my advice on how to know if YOU should move forward with any modifications you're thinking about making to your appearance! We’re chatting all about the process, the pain, the recovery, and of course… the price. If you’ve ever contemplated plastic surgery but were unsure about the process, this episode is a judgment-free zone that’ll help you make the best decision for yourself.
