from Elev8 · host Kait Willett

Today, I share my experience with the One Meal A Day Diet. I did so I could give you the best information on who this diet is for, who it is NOT for, so you can make an educated decision about your food choices. I’ll give you the potential upside and downside of eating one meal a day. Remember, if you can’t do it for a decade, there’s no point in doing it for a day. I’m being your guinea pig so you don’t have to go through something that isn’t right for you. Because my education is in exercise science and I have clinical experience with hormonal and metabolic disorders, I’m the perfect person to distill this experience for you! Let me know if you want me to try a different diet in the future! We talk about: -upsides and downsides -who this could work for -eating calorically dense foods -supplements I used -changes in digestion -equating one meal to normal macros -changes in training -changes with bodyweight and blood sugar Time Stamps: 1:00 why I tried this diet 4:50 my experience with one meal a day 15:10 dealing with changes in bodyweight 17:58 who it would and wouldn’t work for 21:20 would I do it again?
