My Family Was Taken From Me

This story came to me as I was driving home from seeing my mom one late afternoon-ish.  I just started thinking about family, siblings, and the loss of a family member.  Maybe it's because of this pandemic we're going through or maybe I just had nothing better to think about.   In any case, I hope you enjoy this.   On a separate note, I'm thinking about adding to my podcast and including short stories.  Stories that I write, submitted to me, or even publish works that are in the open domain to be read and used for entertainment and education.  What do you think, should I go for it?
