Hello, good morning everyone. Today I'm doing something very very different, okay? So I'm recording this podcast while I'm just taking a morning walk. So if you remember my first episode, I started when I said I turned 60 and I just wanted to do something for you know to help people explore the magnificent self.

So today I've completed 61 episodes, so my intention here is, you know, let me try this. Part of me is feeling, oh my god, this is not like the systematic thing which I do. I open a note pad, I write notes first and then I talk to your character by listeners. But this is different, right?

Okay, not bad, 50 seconds past. So now what I'm thinking is, let me see how long I can record and I don't know whether it's going to record well. I don't know whether I'll be able to publish it, but I'm going to give it a quick maxis three minutes. So now when I started walking, I normally do gym workout and I started walking.

So I was wondering, you know, how walking has changed my relationship with my own self and my relationship with nature as such. So what has happened is initially I just read somewhere, maybe some video, I watched about meditation. And I was inspired by this, you know, just look at the sky and say, oh, I surrendered to you, my sky. Thank you for containing me and my entire planet.

So I added my own unique thinking and feeling to this and I said, oh my sky. I thank you for containing me, my husband, my children, my daughters-in-law, my grandchild, and my entire friends, family, clients, service providers, known unknowns seen and seen, heard and heard, felt and felt, whoever it may be in the entire universe for containing all of us. So that makes me feel so good. It makes me feel expanded as though, you know, everything is available.

It makes me feel abundant. So I am going to hit stop and see whether this extempo while walking, while walking, what is it called? Partcast episode comes out well. Two point two nine seconds.

With that said, today is Thursday, two more days for the weekend. So I and also for the long weekend for the US in USA wish you a great magnificent day today and also coming weekend. Bye bye. God bless you.

Bye.
