My First Property Podcast #015 | Pride and Joy of Owning a Home

For this episode, our first audience, just so happened to be a friend decided to come and share his first property story.    He got a double storey landed property within Subang Jaya, and spent around RM 400k for renovation for that sub-sale house. In terms of investment, it wouldn't make so much sense. But in the eye of the owner, it was all worth while.    He could afford, it was his dream, and the best part was the pride and joy he shared about the ownership of his dream home.    For those who are interested to come on the show and share your first property story, do email me at [email protected] or DM me on Instagram=)
