My First TRIATHLON .. and Confronting an old Limiting Story Head On...

Sometimes this Universe has very powerful ways of allowing us to see for ourselves the absurd lack of evidence we have when listening to a voice that tells us we are less than.. or that we CAN'T...  I confronted this old limiting story head on this weekend at the Westchester Triathlon ... and it was one of the most pivotal moments of my life so far ...   Always question the frame of reference that limiting voice is using to scare you into complacency ...  You are a greater force than that voice could ever imagine ...
