Muzik (The acronym is Live Out Ur Dreams) has been part of the Hip-Hop culture and a mainstay of the Houston music scene for many years as he built his entrepreneurial empire. As he started working for a burgeoning clothing label, FUBU, he built upon his marketing success to start the company he still runs today. With the likes of artists such as Houston legend Lil Flip, he is now directing the careers of artists like Skyrah, Fat Pimp, and Khody, with a new project from his partner in the label, T!m Ned, McKinney is still utilizing his expertise to stay a force within the Houston scene and beyond. Derrick McKinney has been running his business for almost 25 years and doesn't look to be stopping anytime soon!
