I invited 3 of my good buddies to my back garden, where we had a great craic blind tasting the samples. Dan Pennington, JP O'Riordan and Paul Costello and I were very impressed. We started off with a glass of Killahora Cider, finished in a whiskey cask. Dan had the BBQ on the go for afters.
