Welcome to the BBM Global Networks, My House My Foundation. And I'm your very passionate host Dr. Maryam Mirad. And we're very fortunate to have a fantastic show.
And today we're talking about mom staying home with the kids. Yes, what physical activity can mom do with the kids who are home for the summer? And we're very fortunate to have been given this airtime by the BBM Global Network and Tune in radio because they've been bringing fantastic shows. And so here's another great lineup for you.
And right now this is a very household situation with summer vacation, you know, we're right in the middle of summer vacation and everybody's home. You know, the kids are home. And my guest today, she's 35 years of age, a young mom of three, a little young. So three kids at home.
And she seems like, you know, she can't wait until school to start. But she's enjoying motherhood and she's very exhausted. And when you talk to her, she's like, ah, she's in her mom, jeans, I got the sneakers on and fit looking. But now in the summertime she has no time to go out walk with her friends.
And she used to take this gym class, you know, she was very active in the gym. So now come summer, it's all food and it's all those delicious foods, those comfort foods that the kids like. So mom does not get any time to herself right now. And so we'll be looking into Lillian's summer, how she is managing with three kids at home and what is her physical activity?
Like, you know, how is her life turned upside down with all the kids at home? And she's a stay at home, mom. And she chose to stay at home when her youngest was born. She's got two twin boys of seven.
And she's got adorable little doll. She's five years old. And you know what, she, when you see the three together, they seem like you're three boys because after two boys a girl, she wants to dress like her brothers. So mom dresses are just like the boys.
And she will wear the jeans and the t-shirts, you know, just like the boys. And she's got a very cute short haircut, just like, you know, so she looks more on the boys side than the girls side and she doesn't really like to wear dresses. And she likes to hang out with her brothers. So so that's good.
And she's actually more active than the boys are. The boys are, they like to play with their television and their laptop, their screenpad, they're more into computer games. And she's very active, which is a surprise because generally you would think that Jenny you have a set of twins, twins are active. The boys are active and the girls will just follow along.
But here it's completely different. The girl is very active and her doctor is just adorable. She's only five and she's got this natural talent which she has for my mom. She loves to do cartwheels and gymnastics and she's always on the go.
She's always moving and jumping. And she's very adorable. And mom is having a wonderful time this summer. Even though she says my house looks like a city dump, everything is there.
And the kids are, the whole house has got the children's toys all around and she says I can't wait for summer to get over with her. And so I'm talking about this family here today and we're looking into their physical activity, which there seems to be quite an abundance of this summer. And mom is very young, she's very energetic. And in her school and college days she was into track and field.
So she's got and she likes to exercise and she told me that when she leaves the kids at school she will first go to the gym. And she works out. She says my day has to start out with a workout. So we have a very physically fit mom and she loves the kids.
But now with all three home it's very hard to take them with her. And even when she does, she says I really don't get to my exercise class because they like to talk to me and they want my attention. And so for the summer mom has just let her exercise schedule go with and she's just enjoying the kids at home. And she takes them.
They're very active. So they have a nice big backyard in and they play with their dog, they play ball. So they're very active. And so we're today looking into the life of a stay at home mom.
And you think stay at home mom is how many people actually stay at home. But you'd be surprised that the number of stay at home moms is on the rise. Now families are preferring that either one parent stay at home with the children and at some homes, even both of them prefer to stay at home. You know, when dad would also work from the house.
So the style of our society is kind of changing, which is a surprise. So we'll be talking more about mom and this is a topic which is seen across the country right now. We've got summer in full swing and kids have their summer vacation right now. So the household schedule and all those routines are sort of like turning summer salsa and the kids also at home.
And they sort of now kids like to stay up very late and all seems to be all the fun activities and all the good TV shows. And they have their friends come over and sleepovers and lots of fun. So the stay at home mom are mother Lillian. She's so good.
She has her friends stay over. So the kids will come over and they have such a ball. And boy, I tell you, I was over at her place and the kids are jumping on the bed. They're jumping on the sofa.
They're jumping on the coffee. They're jumping up and down. Those are children happy active for you. And she lets them, if they want to jump while she's talking to them, that's okay.
She's an active mom. So I was telling her, these kids are very active. And that's a good sign of maybe a little bit strenuous in the summertime, but your kids are active and it's good. And when the kids are active, you don't want to tell them stand still because that's what you don't want to tell them is to stand still.
And sometimes the children, when you call them, they run to the active ones, they will run to you and some of them don't even move. So I was telling her you're blessed with three active kids and they run around the house like anything. They even wear their tennis shoes. They're sneakers in the house.
And she's like, well, because they drop everything on the floor. And my goodness, her house is like, oh, she's got this little robot of a vacuum going around and cleaning him. And she doesn't burden the children to hang up with the clothes and the toys, put them in the proper place and put your plate here. And now it's not time to age.
So they're enjoying their life. She says, you know, this is a time where you need to enjoy your life. And this is a happy house. She wants to give them a happy home.
And so right now, mom is like very exhausted. She does not get to the gym or her routine or exercise at all. But she does a lot of physical activity, but it's a little bit on the exhaustive side. And I was suggesting it, maybe take a little bit of a nap after breakfast because it's only breakfast, but you're like, didn't really sleep that well.
And the kids are up at night and so it's an active household, very, very loving mother, they're very understanding. And right now you're listening to my house, my foundation on the VVM Global Network and Tune in Radio. And I'm your host, Dr. Mary Amorad.
And we'll be right back after these messages. So stay tuned. Male feminist artist Kimberly Berg maintains a strong position in educating and inspiring both men and women through his devotional arc to the goddess in all women. Studying their history is paramount to understanding who women were and who they would become later living in a patriarchal society.
To learn more about this important time in our history, go to www.isisrising.net. And I'm your host, Dr. Mary Amorad. And in this show, we look into the lives of everyday people, one percent at a time and see what type of physical activity do they have right now in their life.
And in this show, we're looking into the life of Lillian. She's 35 years old and she's got three children right now, three adorable kids at home enjoying their summer. Her daughter is five and then she has a set of twins and the twins are seven. And her daughter is more active than the boys, which is hard to believe.
She says that I wish they would be more boyish. But she's an academic woman. She's an accountant. So both husband and wife are in academics.
And I think the boys are also going to choose an academic line. And they show more fascination to computers and books at a very early age. And I was telling her that he developed their interest where their interests are. And don't worry about them not showing too much interest in what you think is best for them because each child develops their own interest and they develop their own life going forward.
I was telling her that it's like they say the 10, 10, 10 rule for computers. You know, children you get them off the computer. They're on the television. Get them off the television.
They're on their hand bone. So you just move around to each electronics. And so I was telling her that your children, you should incorporate a physical activity in between when you give them snacks. So she's a good mom.
She has her meals planned out that she's got the snacks planned out. And I said, every time you give them a snack, so before the snack, you incorporate a physical activity, a family activity. So where you teach them good posture because you got to stand on your foot. So this is my aim here is to teach you the minimum of good health that's placing your body's foundation properly and then the rest follows.
And now it's not very popular, but the previous generation and before that, walking with a book on top of your head, you know, I mean, that that was that was a common thing that parents had their children do to stand up straight. And you put both feet forward and you align your body straight and you balance a small book on top of your head and you're supposed to walk and the Amy is not to have the book wall off. So I was telling her that nowadays, because the children, they tend to sit so much and everything is forward. So now, apart from the posture, you're always sitting, you know, sitting and that's not very good for them.
So a little activity is nice. So if they don't like something very drastic or very dynamic and because they want to just get right back to their stories and their games and everything is on the computer nowadays. And so this is something that they can do. And then you can also have them crawl on their hands and feet.
You know, you not only want to develop the children's foot, but you also want to incorporate their hands. So it's like crawling, you know, like spider mows, a spider mat. You're crawling on your hands and feet. And this they stretch, you know, so when they crawl, they sort of, you know, just walk from one end to the family room to the other on your both on your both forelimbs.
And you see which one crawls the pastor, you know, which spider man is the faster one. And she sort of liked that. And I was telling her that she doesn't want the kids to go out in the backyard because it's summer and it gets a little bit hot. And we're down in the south and we may cross 100 the other day and everybody's like, oh gosh, it's really hot here.
So she doesn't want the kids to go running outside. And she wants them to stay inside. And I said inside, the best thing is to get them to have a strong foundation. You know, they sit a lot of the time and every time you give them a snack or you want to move them, change their activity.
And this mom, she doesn't scold them. She's very loving, very accommodating. And she will talk to them. You know, so every time she wants to explain something to them, they have a discussion rather than why don't you do this and do that.
So this mom, she's, I absolutely adore Lillian. She spent so much time on the children. And she was telling me, you know what, I'm putting on a little bit of weight because now it's the second month of their summer vacation. And I haven't made it to the gym, not one day.
And it's on her list. But she says that it doesn't look possible. While the kids are at home and so around her neighborhood, most of the kids are, they have friends. So everybody around your neighborhood in her lane, she's got families with small kids and the moms sort of come over and everybody brings a little cookies or cakes.
And even though they don't plan on you to get, but when it's in front of you, you know, it's hard to say no. So the kids are enjoying it. So the moms are enjoying it. And she's trying out new recipes.
She says, well, okay, come September, when school starts, I'll go back on my diet. So she's a joint herself. And I love to see this transaction between the mother and the father. You know, they both take care of their children.
So dad is working and he's working. They can't really take a vacation as a family because there's just one parent working and she teaches them a lot. So they have all these electronics and most of the learning is on the computer. So I was telling her that you know what, you get them to if they don't like coloring or coloring is a thing of the past.
You teach them like you run outside. You know, if they don't want to go outside, you sort of, you do a side exercise. You jump with on your right to your left foot. So that develops your balance on each foot.
So they would stand with the feet a little bit separated and knees a little bit bent and it's sort of like jumping like a frog and the arms they balance out. And so you would jump on your right foot, then you jump on your left foot and so back on the right foot and then jump on the left foot. And this will develop their balance on one leg. And so it develops the muscles because when you walk and when you run, the body actually balances on one foot only.
You pick up the other foot to put in front of the first foot because when you're walking, you know, the different places are walking, you actually lift up one foot to place in front of the other foot. And so the body alternately is balancing on only one foot. And so this is good for children. It takes care a lot of their growing pains and stretches the muscles and the children, they do everything on their feet.
You know, the body stands on the foot. That's the purpose of my show here to bring your attention to the minimum possible that you need. You need to take care of your body's foundation, just like your house's foundation. So she likes these ideas and she's implementing them.
And these children are really smart. So they're going to be accountants just like their parents, you know, they're good with numbers and they're good at logical thinking. So when you explain to it the cause and the effect and the need for having a strong foundation and the need for strong feet and they sit so long after about an hour or so she makes a get up and have some raises or some grapes or some fruit or a drink or some milk or juice. So she has these little snacks in between.
So she wants them to stay well hydrated in the summer over here. And so we're looking into this loving mom over here who sacrificed her physical activity for her children this summer. And this is my house, my foundation on BPM Global Network and Tune in radio. And I'm your host, Dr.
Mary Murad. And we'll be right back after the short break. So stay tuned. Unleash the obstacles that bind you with certified professional coach Joanne Charette, a master practitioner in energy leadership.

Now is your time. Welcome friends. Welcome to BPM Global Network and Tune in Radios, my house, my foundation. And I'm your host, Dr.
Mary Murad. Today we're looking into the life of Lillian. She's a loving mother of three. She's got a daughter five years and her twin boys are seven.
And she has completely sacrificed her gym time. She used to love her classes at the gym. You know every time she dropped them in school, the first thing she would do was let's get to the gym and exercise. And now, ever since summer started, there's not one day that she was able to get to the gym because where she lives in her neighborhood, she's got children, her kids age.
So she wants them to enjoy summer and develop social skills. And she invites their moms and the children over. So they're having a nice time. And so that's the benefit of having a mom at home.
And now even the research says that having a parent in the house improves the child's development because mother is the one who holds the baby for nine months. And there's no one that quite feels the baby's emotions like the mother. So mom is there. And now we're incorporating with this family a little bit more physical activity that is not jumping on the sofa is jumping on the bed.
And that's a little bit more constructive into jumping yes, but properly on your feet, but not on the furniture. So we've got explained to them. And that's all we were raised. You know, our parents, they never scolded us.
And they explained to us. And when I did, I sat down with the kids and I told them that jumping on the sofa is lots of fun. Lots of fun, but it's not good for the furniture. And it looks so nice.
I could go to somebody's house and somebody's jumping like that. You think that probably the children are wild and out of control and they're not disciplined. But in your case, it's not true. Because these kids are absolutely adorable and they're two twin boys.
You know, they wear glasses and they look just like geniuses. You know, I mean, they're so focused and they've got an academic career ahead of them with both parents being accountants. So they're good at math and she's even got them a little calculator. And when they go grocery shopping, they will add up all the numbers and they're good with math and these are academic boys.
And so the need for a little physical activity, they don't like gymnastics and they don't like them. They really don't like physical activity at sports. And so I was telling her that you instilled the habit of walking. So instead of sitting down and talking to them, why don't we sort of walk in a circle or we walk in and you know, this whole hand and we can walk in and we talk and then we walk in and drink some water and you know, let's walk to the kitchen instead of mom just gets the juice and brings it to them and the children on the computer.
So here's your juice or water or snack and the kids don't even look at them and they're so absorbed in their own games and what's going on on their computers screens or their cell phones or the computers, television, you get them off on one electronics and they simply just move to the next electronics. So I was telling her that electronics, you know, this is the way the kids learn. Now we don't really go to this library as such. Everything is downloadable and everything is on the cell phone.
So this is the way of the future. But you need to have them develop a good posture, you know, stress the importance of good posture and you want your children to have a very long life and you want them to be walking when they're 50, 60, 70, 80, yes. And you got to take care of your phage. Lots of people they sit slouched and so you have to educate them on sitting and standing.
And so we're working with this family over here and the children are very intelligent. I tell you they're very cooperative and you explain and I like to explain the science and the need and the physics and the biology and the biochemistry and that and you can see a little bit basics and that sort of, you know, they could the daughter I think so she really likes it when I tell her she's a little scientist. She's got a little science brain there going on and she likes these charts and diagrams. They show them that look at the houses, stands on a foundation and if you need to take care of something you need to take care of your foundation and her cute little daughter gets really perfectly because she's going to be wearing high heels and I told her well you know you take care of your feet because come heels you need to be doing my foot exercises so you can be doing wearing heels for longer and mom loves that and her friends and her mothers that come over they like it and lots of these mothers they come and talk and they let the children just sort of play and talk and and I was telling her when they come so they're still standing you know they haven't gone to their electronics as yet so I put a little game for them and have them simply walk you know you don't have to do anything you simply take a walk around your house which we don't really do and have them sort of walk around the house and just noticing and notice which windows open which curtain is open which light is on so they get the feel of their house so they're more conscious and more aware that we need to turn the lights off and we need to like open the curtains in the daytime and windows are closed and you take a walk around your house so that's a good habit forming and so her two sons they really listen to the end and they sort of not their head and as such a young age you know the the twins will have a little frown between the eyebrows that you're really focusing on what I'm telling them I tell you I was telling Lillian your angels are just adorable her two twins and her five-year-old daughter very durable and they actually listen and kids like the idea of being able to take care of themselves when they're older right now the children they don't think about being older but but come 50-70 years down the line the children will still love want to be walking in and we want them to be active so here's a little something for you and so you're listening to my house my foundation on the dp and global network and tuning radio and I'm your host Dr.

gmail.com welcome friends welcome back to my house my foundation on the BBM Global Network and Tune in Radio and I'm your host Dr. Mary Maurette and today we're looking into my house my foundations adorable little children that are at home right now who have completely stopped their mom from going through the gym because they're at home so mom's giving her full attention to the children and even though her exercise routine is a little bit up and down come school starts back again back to school she'll be back on her gym track once more well after she leaves the kids in the morning she first thinks she does is go to the gym for a workout you know that's the best thing those that exercise in the morning are the ones that are very regular on maintaining their exercise and right now since the children are at home so we're incorporating activities with the children and we're teaching them that you know here at home and it's a little bit warm outside so there's not much activity during the day going outside but we're teaching them how to stand properly you know proper posture you need to stand the first thing is a foot placement so I teach you just the basics of the basics how to place your body's foundation properly and the rest follows believe me a strong foundation is what we all need and so mom being at home she's also taking notice of this then that when you walk and when you stand you know stand properly on both your feet and and hold your head up and don't sort of lean on the table or the chair we tend to not stand straight even the children now they don't stand straight so mom here is putting her focus on her children having good posture and that's the benefit of having mom around because you think that mom is at home and she's really not doing anything a lot of people think that just because mothers stay at home they're kind of lazy but but try to try to roll reversal with a stay at home mom there's so much work to be done especially in the summer months over here with the kids at home it's like the day never ends we have a 24-hour day cycle and the kids uh because they know it's summer they want to stay up late and and they're trying to battle with their eyes and keep their eyes open and in the battling with the sleep you know when they when we were young they used to be a sleep theory but I don't think children really listen to the sleep area anymore but I tell you nowadays the number of moms staying at home at my choice has risen so about 60 percent of mothers now they they want to stay at home and they're the ones that that cut down their own expenses because there's just one person who's bringing the money in that's the husband so they cut down their expenses but they give their children a better quality of life and even now in schools SATs and ACTs the children they score better with the parents guiding them because you know the parents guide them they it's love you know it's not like a teacher teacher has a little bit more discipline of course she loves the kids but you know discipline comes also equal with the love there and so with mom they're uh mom's at home they make the children have a routine so when the children come home from school you know there's education like right now even in this middle of the summer vacation over here the mother she she has them doing some educational games before they get on to their toys and before they get on to their uh children computer games so she has them doing educational games and so after breakfast you know there's a there are two hours of education that she puts in and her daughter she she does the easy one some and she's very good she doesn't miss a train you got the ABC going and then you have to put them the ABC blocks in order ABCD in a line of the train going and and she gets them and she's very intelligent so mom got the children doing these academic exercises and that's good they're they're working their mind and their body at the same time and so that's something that stay at home moms they get to spend more time with their children and the mother's network they sort of feel guilty you know each mom when she leaves the kids in the morning it's like you know you have to tear the mother apart from the kids uh and they know that mom has to go to work and and mom actually would rather stay home of their surprising number of statistics lately then even mothers that have children above the age of 18 would like to stay at home isn't that complete surprise i mean mothers who have their children that have grown up you know uh they even would like to stay home instead of going to work up so maybe it's um womanhood you know they they like to stay in and their nurtures and do things about the house and and so this mother um during this summer of vacation her physical activity at the gym has sort of um come down to zero but she's running around the house a lot and and and this summer she's instilling good posture placing the foot properly teaching the children the benefits of foot care because you want these children to be walking when they're in their 70s 80s 90s hopefully i was telling her that you'll be buying three birthday cards with a hundred years and and hopefully the day will come when they will also give you a hundred dollar birthday hundred a year birthday card and so you know you can also um tell them that i hope you also have a chance to give each other a hundred year birthday card and and you know when when we were young we didn't have that many mothers out working um lots of moms were stay at home and and then the whole generation came when women were out of the house and and then all these um uh when you have children it's hardly the children of the day care and and so many behavioral problems and so much research is now going on and according to the research they say that children have a better behavior you know their behavior is improved when the parent is in the house because you know it's it's the parents duty to take care of the child not the school the school is they're there for the day and then they come home um so with with mom at home the kids they have this like their nurture uh you know their love is there and if they need something they can go up to mom and and you can't really ask the teacher twice or you can't really argue the teacher but mom is like uh you ask a lily and uh two times and she'll say yes you know her no conversion to the yes and and kids love that and and they know that mom loves him and they can get mostly anything um so we're listening to my house my foundation on the ppm global network and tuning radio and i'm your host dr maryam red and we'll be right back after the short break so stay tuned animal lover author artist year old mother of three seven-year-old twins and a five-year-old adorable daughter and saying what type of physical activity what's her exercise routine and right now moms in middle of summer and all three kids are at home and not only are the kids at home but their friends around the block in the neighborhood they're also at home and and this mother she welcomes them so they definitely come and they play and they enjoy and they definitely have a good time um so she after breakfast makes it a point that they have to study so they have to have some educational time with them and it's good for the kids that mom is at home but actually you don't stay at home moms the constant thing on their mind is that we have to go back to work and and and you know there's there's always a calculator on at the cost of staying at home and and if i just got a job um how how much more easy life would be financially if we just got a job and actually the truth is a lot of stay at home moms are are depressed and they're sad and and that's some heartbreaking uh because it's very difficult to be educated and very talented and and and have a good job and you know when they get married generally the mother is working and um the first baby so by the time she has had the third one um her daughter came along so that's when she decided that she would be a stay at home mother for her to twin boys and her adorable little daughter so this was her choice and and those mothers that that make it a choice you know it's it's not because of circumstances that they're staying home they stay home it's a choice of course it's a big sacrifice they have to sacrifice their career and and when they go back they don't really start up at the salary that they would like because they have been out of the workforce for so long so it's kind of depressive and it's sad and angers them and and so a lot of moms um according to you see the numbers stay at home moms they report more depression and sadness and more anger and these negative feelings and um what's difficult to stay at home and and everybody's working and you definitely would like a job that pays you well and and you could take your children out to more more uh Disneyland or you know more resorts like that um go out to to the Grand Canyon or uh the natural parks you like to travel with your children and of course um everything you can see on the pictures in the computer and the television but that's not like being there so I was telling her that we can we can like play a game um so we um instead of telling the children that uh you know dad can't take his uh his vacation right now and he has to work and you know mom's not working you know don't burden them with that he sort of um you make it a game like okay so now today we're going to go visit um one one of the national parks and and educate them and get the pictures out and sort of get the children in a line you know put the boys for the girls after put the girl in the and because uh when you you follow like you show them okay now here's the mountain and we'll be walking down this path over here along the side of the mountain here so and you can like um tie a rope around their waist so you know like your mountain climbing and and you tell them that now we're going to be going up the mountain so if you got to place your feet properly and you know take care of your your standings so don't trip because we were tied up together and we're like this is how they climb the mountains so everybody ties a rope around their waist and uh the little distance is is the next person behind you and then the next child behind you so we're all going to and actually you're just taking a trip around the living room but you you make it like it's very interesting and you're at this national park and and you show them the picture and you can put it big on the screen there so they actually get the feel and make it more enjoyable and so this is a little bit of physical activity that you can instill in the house because it's too hard to go outside and so mom loves to play with the kids you know um and the kids love to play with mom and this is how you can make your own games uh that you don't really have to have the kids playing the computer games or doing something on their cell phone or the apps or so you can actually play these little games inside and it's like marching so we're marching up the mountain or you can play with them that um you know now we're we're crossing the bridge so everybody walks in a single file and and you can take them to one of these parks and and there's a bridge you can tell them so now we're walking over the bridge and we're crossing over the lake and you can make it very creative for them and and mothers they definitely have the imagination there and and they have to get the children to get them on their feet and you know get some activities for the child because we're in Texas right now and I tell you outside is over a hundred and so all the activities are indoors and mothers they uh they look at you know she told me literally told me you know I don't like to go shopping especially with my kids because the kids wanted and I'm not able to buy it for them so we don't even go window shopping because I don't want them to feel that they want something and I cannot buy it for them so this is why we tend to uh I go out and I buy what I can and I rent from the library games in for them so they can play on their computers and their cell phones and you know we watch videos together in movies even south of movies and she makes popcorn at home and and so she she's very budget conscious and and she's got three kids and the kids are definitely going to college uh very smart boys so they have this uh academic they got math of rates they're good with math and numbers and why not both of their parents or accountants um so you know this is a little fun activity that you can incorporate in the house um because summer is here and and um I tell you wherever you go right and left it's it's like uh everything costs like ten dollars ten dollars and and you add everything up and by the end of the day it's like um you know so she's like we're saving and if um she says if I could do something I would rather have pay for their college education than take them on a vacation and I said good girl you're thinking on the long terms uh so you know take care of your children now and you can reap the rewards later and you're listening to my house my foundation on the BBM Global Network and shooting radio your horses you're in for the ride of your life welcome friends welcome back to my house my foundation on the BPM global network and tuning radio and i'm your host dr maryamarad and today we have looked into the life of one stay at home mother right in middle of summer how has her daily life how has her physical activity changed with three active little children at home all day all summer and she's very budget conscious because she is saving for their long-term college tuition even though her twin boys are just seven years of age but mother is an accountant and even though she's not working right now so when mom starts to work hopefully she wants to get a job in where she left off but she knows that it's a little bit struggle over there so she she didn't think about it she says this is the best time of my children's life and my kids come first and definitely even research shows that the children at this age you know this some six seven five to eight years age is very influential and the impact of the mother's presence it makes a huge difference for the child's behavior and their emotional setting so um because the child you know he looks for the mother the maternal instinct is what's best for the child because the mom is the one who has the child for nine months and she's the one who gives them birth and and whatever the child feels you know she feels and most mothers will tell you then actually my children are just extension of me and when they sleep at night if the blanket isn't covering them you know I feel cold and and I put the blanket over them and I sort of warm up so the mother and the child you know they connect really well and the best thing is for the mother to be at home with the children and this one is really enjoying herself because it's not circumstantial it's by her choice she she wants to be at home and she wants to educate her her three adorable angels in and she wants to make them give them educational games on the computer and then I was telling her so now let's get some physical activity inside you know it's not like they have to be at school and you have to be at your gym and try to combine it and and make it like a learning curve because there's so much learning and before there was a lot of emphasis that was put on good posture good balance you know standing street and nowadays I don't I don't see that there and when I talk about standing straight and my house my foundation people like they sort of yeah it sort of brings a bell there yeah and and then they realize that how important it is and and so I was telling her that that you instill the basic wellness you know the minimum that they have to do to take care of themselves is to be able to be mobile when they're in their later years of life you know 50 60 70 and and you have to start teaching them now to take care of their feet so you'll be walking at the older ages and and right now um so it's hard to teach the children because they're so young but you have to teach them good posture and her boys this mother is blessed with two very intelligent set of twin boys at the age of seven they actually listen and they give me when I talk to them they give me their undivided attention and and and since they they are very intelligent I explain it to them and I show them how to stand and then the children will follow you know stand straight and and it's not like just stand up and and so now we're getting these little rules in that when you get up from your chair or the so-called whatever you're sitting on you get out of bed you stand up properly it's not like you can put your feet like Donald like wherever they land though you put your foot properly so this summer with Lillian and her children and the friends that come over whenever the kids are here they also get a chance to listen to me and I'm teaching them that they need to place the foot properly like the house's foundation so the basic wellness that you can give to them this summer is good to put that you know take care of your foundation just like the house's foundation you need to put your feet properly so whenever you stand up you know mom tells you go get a glass of water come let's go and and get something to eat so you jump up and you run up and what you do is first you stand up and stay in place and and put your foot properly and sometimes children you know they jump up and they're walking other tiptoes and they got the heels up and and sometimes they land really fast and they hit their toe on the side of the leg of chair's leg and and things like that so I want to instill foot consciousness so whenever you stand up you stand up on both your feet so today I think we've been very successful with Lillian and her three kids especially your two boys they're very smart and the aim of this show is to bring your focus bring your attention to minimum wellness you got to have a strong bodies foundation just like your house's foundation you have to have a strong bodies foundation and so you can listen to my house my foundation on the bbm global network in tuning radio and I'm your host dr maryam morad and this is another wonderful show and till next week I bid you farewell
