Maryam will investigate this national dilemma of poor health and lack of time for physical activity and offer simple yet concrete solutions to this growing problem. So now please welcome the host of My House My Foundation, Dr. Maryam Mirad. Welcome friends.

Welcome to My House My Foundation on the BBM Global Network in Tune in Radio. And I'm your very passionate and devoted host to my cause, Dr. Maryam Mirad. And I'm about to educate you.

I'm here to educate the average person, the average American, on what they can do themselves to improve their health and wellness on a daily basis. And in this program I reach out and we have a case studies. And our case study today is Margaret. She's a 56-0 woman executive.

Yes, woman executive is a new brand. They're coming about in such large numbers and women executives, we are perfectionists. We like to do everything above and beyond. And this is a new field and we're mostly in small businesses out for ourselves.

So we absolutely have no time for ourselves. And you meet executives, they look fabulous. They have the money for everything. They got good hair, makeup, nails, jewelry, you name it.

They look wonderful. But if you look at them, they are generally overweight. They're very stressed. And they will have a membership to all the gyms and the clubs in the neighborhood, but not the time to go and exercise.

And they have everything, you know, they got opened their drawer in the office. They got the supplements. They got these small little gadgets, exercise, everything that you can name. They have it, but the time isn't there.

So today we're going to be looking into Margaret, who's 56 and she's a woman executive. And she has put a lot of weight on. And she's very stressed about her weight because her clothes don't fit. And she has to look her best.

So she goes to a lot of salon. She's got salon hair, salon nails. She wears name-brand clothes and name-brand clothes. They don't really come in plus sizes.

So now she has to get them altered, custom-made. So she's very, very keen to talk to me about what she can do. And this is my aim is to reach out and teach you what you can do yourself. And I talk about the house standing on a solid foundation.

You know, the walls in the roof, they stand on that foundation. And we bring that expert in and he makes a foundation and the foundation is what supports the house forever. And you never look at the foundation, but it's there. And it supports the house.

It holds it in place and strong foundation. And I ask you, what about your body's foundation? That is the most neglected part of the body is our foundation. And then how are we supposed to have good health?

We're actively mobile. But if we don't take care of our body's foundation, that's the whole body actually stands on those two little feet. And minimum health and wellness is taking care of our feet. And this is just the visual foot.

You know, the functional foot is a completely different lecture. So you have to take care of your mobility apparatus. And that's what keeps you mobile. But we sit so long in, Margaret here.

She sits very long hours. She's an executive, so she's in front of the computer. She's got her her phone in one ear. She's got to pin on the other hand.

And she's always talking to somebody in front of her on the phone and computers on. So she's multitasking. And while she's trying to breakfast in the morning, which is just Starbucks coffee, and she's trying to lose weight at the same time. And so she, that's all that she has time to just go through the drive-thru and get a cup of coffee.

And that's what keeps her about to lunchtime. And then she has a business luncheon. Business lunches are mostly formal. So she's not really engaged in the eating party.

It's mostly the business aspect of it. So she doesn't really enjoy her lunch as much. And then she's mostly in the day just on a little candy or something that she can put in her mouth just to keep her energy up when she feels hungry. But she doesn't really have a proper eating routine.

She doesn't really get time to organize as she used to when she wasn't doing her own business. And she wasn't an executive. So she's always on the go. She's always on the run.

She's catching behind your schedule. She's answering the phone. She's answering your emails. She's trying to juggle her schedule.

You know, there's so many things she's trying to do. And she's a perfectionist. You know, she wants to not have any opportunity slip by. So with all the work on hand, she doesn't really get time for herself.

And her health has started to slack off. And she's noticing that as her clothes are getting a bit tighter. And women tend to put weight a little bit faster than men do. You know, that's a scientific basis to it.

Her hormones are they gain weight, you know, we gain weight faster. And men have different hormones. And they sort of they're active. They develop more muscle.

They're more to our mobility, you know. So they don't men don't put that weight down as fast as women do. So women, we tend to put weight in our way. It's just like all over.

So it's hard for women to get everything done in 24 hours, you know, to care yourself, take care of the family business, every aspect of life and even find time to go to the gym. So this is where I come in. I teach you how to use your internal gym. You know, you don't have an hour for the gym.

But I say, why not use your internal gym? And this is the minimum wellness. If you take care of your feet and ancient sciences, they access the whole body from the foot. And this is what I teach in my workshops.

I teach you how to access total body just from the foot. And we want to be mobile and independent. And the whole body is mapped out in the foot and the foot. We don't give it much credit.

You know, our feet are the most neglected part of our body. And if you just take care of your foot health, you know, this minimum wellness that gives maximum results. And that's what we're all about now is trying to find the minimum that gives maximum results. And how can we get the most in the minimum amount of time and spending minimum amount of money?

And we need to do it as short as possible way we need circuits. We need tips. We need strategy. And we're trying to condense and multitask, you know, to do too many things at once.

And so she's got even a treadmill, which you believe in her office, but she doesn't really have the time to do the treadmill because the treadmill requires some concentration. And then you sweat, you know, that's actual physical exercise. And then you need to take a shower. And it's just just too much.

So after a while, she just folded the treadmill and took it back home. And she says, well, I thought that I could put it into my office and I could do my exercise there. But somehow everybody thought that I was, you know, they walk into the office and see a treadmill there. And oh, well, you're really health conscious.

I know it's a good idea. But but truth being, she wasn't really using it. And it was just gathering dust. And so she wrapped it up and took it home.

It was like, I was looking at it, but I can't really use it. So there's no point in having a treadmill lying in your office and everybody thinks you're using it where you're not. So now the treadmill is back home again. And I was telling you, you need a little something that you can do that does not make you sweat.

It doesn't spoil your hair. It doesn't spoil your nails. It doesn't require strenuous exercise. Nothing strenuous, no gadgets, no equipment.

And the thing is you can do it, answer the telephone. I mean, your body is with you. So just a few steps here and there will help you a lot. And she's got her high heels there.

I mean, you know, she dresses. She dresses really well. And she's got her name brand clothes or name brand shoes, everything. She's all branded from head to toe and woman.

We really dress up and wear a picture of perfection when it comes to dress up. But that's the exterior situation. When you look on the inside, health is a completely different aspect. And we tend to take a stress a little bit more than men executives do.

Okay, so we have to take a break now and we'll be back after this short break on My House, My Foundation on the BBM Global Network and Tune in Radio. And I'm your host, Dr. Mary Merad. So we'll be right back after this short break and continue with our female executive talk today.

The earliest human societies worshiped a female goddess. Little is known about this time because we did not always have a written recorded history. It was around 3100 BC when the Sumerians invented the first written language and everything that preceded this time is prehistory. The prehistorical record includes all of women's unwritten history from 30,000 BC to the time that men began achieving political power around 3000 BC.

Male feminist artist Kimberly Berg maintains a strong position in educating and inspiring both men and women through his devotional art to the goddess in all women. Studying their history is paramount to understanding who women were and who they would become later living in a patriarchal society. Welcome back to My House, My Foundation on the BBM Global Network and Tune in Radio. I'm your host Dr. Mary Maran and today we're looking into the life of one female executive, one woman executive 56 years of age, Margaret and she has everything that money can buy but she doesn't have the time to go to the gym.

She does not have the time to spend on herself and share her health is sort of taking a toll slowly. Her weight is going up and she was telling me her cholesterol is high and her diabetes is sort of crossed the borderline and her weight definitely her clothes are not fitting and she needs to go and buy it in more clothes. So I was talking to Margaret and I said, you have to like set limits for yourself. You will not go out and buy new clothes.

You have to fit into the clothes that you have because you have a fabulous wardrobe and you tell yourself you will not go to the next size. So you have to learn to use your internal gym and that's what I teach you. Minimum wellness that you can do while you're at your office desk or any place because the body is with you and you can use your internal gym wherever you have a few minutes to do some easy exercises and I teach you everything from the foot and women wear high heels. So with high heels we elevate the heel so women stand on only the toes and the smaller toes don't have any strength so actually women in high heels are standing on just the big toe.

So that's a lot said and to take care of your feet. So a lot of women what they do is they keep their heels by their desk and when they have to walk they will put them on and then they walk and they come back and take them off and for meetings they'll put them on and that's sort of like unsaid rule of women executives and women in office with their high heels because they definitely look good but heels are not that comfortable to the foot and the heels actually spoil the structure of the feet. So I actually teach how to wear healthy heels. You wear your clothes you watch them and put them back on again.

So women love heels you know this is our passion and going shoe shopping is like a woman's thing and every time they're new shoes you know we just have to buy shoes and this is something about women that is sort of like a mystery. Why do you need so many pairs of shoes? It's just unexplainable but we got to have a shoes. So we also have to learn how to take care of our feet.

So the simple picture of a house standing on a foundation. So if you look at the house standing on a foundation you think about your body's foundation. If you elevate the heel so if you elevate half the house the house doesn't stand with the lopsided walls. So when you take your shoes off you need to stretch you need to get the heel back on the floor so both the walls are right and left walls they stand on the foundation.

So you have to reestablish your foundation and a lot of women who wear heels you know they say we can't walk barefoot you know our foot is our leg is in such a way that we can only walk with heels. But you have to establish your structure of the foot. So this is a simple thing that you can do. It's a simple move you can do under the desk while you're talking to somebody or answering your telephone or sending an email a simple little stretch and it's a passive stretch.

So you just stretch your leg you just put the heel on the floor under your desk and just lift the toes up which stretches the back part of your leg and this is the one which shortens when you walk in high heels. So it actually strengthens the back of the leg and it's simple to do you just are sitting at your office desk and you just lift your toes up and you can contract the calf muscles if you want to do something else and if you want to carry it further you can even curl the toes down while lifting your toes up and contract the calf muscles. So what this does is it strengthens the sole of the foot as well as it strengthens the back of the leg so you have a stronger support on your foundation and especially women which tend to gain weight a little bit easier you know this is easy to do and then the muscles they squeeze the circulation so it gets blood flow and we don't end up with those swollen feet because a lot of people sit at their desk for hours and hours and at the end of the day they can't get their foot back into the shoe and so this is a little tip that helps and so it's a little exercise which doesn't require any equipment it doesn't require any expertise it's very simple very practical but it carries a lot of health benefits and gets the blood flow it strengthens your muscles avoids the swelling it's soothing and it's easy but it's engaging your skin to the bones so you're exercising your strengthening the skeleton you're strengthening your muscles you get blood flow so the circulation is flowing even while you're sitting down so when you stand up you will be able to carry your body weight and that's a little simple tip there that you can do easily and us women we love to wear heels so the heels are in the picture and this is perfect for the heels because you got to do something for the feet you got to take care of your feet because wearing high heels is women's thing we look more feminine we feel more confident so no matter what somebody tells you about how bad heels are for you as women we will always end up wearing heels and the truth being the heels they match with our bags and we have to have designer heels with designer bags and then the dress and the walk and everything sort of falls into place and even if you see the movies when a woman enters the room she makes impact not by saying anything but just the way she enters her dress that she has on her silhouette her high heels and just the way she carries herself in it makes such a statement and so as a woman we are wearing high heels so we have to take a little break here and you're listening to my house my foundation on the BBM Global Network and Tune in Radio and I'm your host Dr. Mary Maran so we'll be right back after the short break.

819-360-3266. Now is your time. Welcome back. Welcome back to My House, My Foundation on the BBM Global Network and Tune in Radio.

I'm your host, Dr. Maryam Marand. Today we're talking to Margaret. She's 56 and she's a woman executive and that's a new brand.

It's a new upcoming occupation for women and women executives and a lot of women are now entering the business world, not the workforce but the business field. A lot of women are turning to be entrepreneurs because they find that they are not stuck to the nine-to-five job and it's their own business so they work hard and it's their own time. A lot of women are taking to the workforce as business women and their women executives are always on the go and they're managing the house, the work, themselves. A lot of time to juggle around.

Margaret here, she travels a lot. She's her own business and she's expanded. She's putting a lot of effort into her business. Now she travels.

She's got an office down south and she's opened another one in two states up so she has to travel and it's a day's trip. So she takes the morning flight and she's there for the meeting. She's there for the meeting the luncheon a little bit after then she'll take the evening flight coming back. So it's like a day's trip.

She can get it in the day. But that day is just for the travel and I was explaining to her that the days you travel don't miss on your exercise. If there's nothing else you got to think of your body's foundation and so our foundation is not only the foot, so that's the minimum, it's the feet and then the legs. So she has a lot of exercise equipment, a lot of exercise books and she's got a personal trainer, she's got gym memberships but there's just no time to go spend an hour at the gym and but she still keeps them because it's at the back of her mind that she will get to a gym one day if not this week, next week.

And so she keeps paying for them because she's doing well and finances used to be an obstacle but no more. So she pays for everything that she doesn't get there and I'm introducing the concept of using your internal gym. And the internal gym you want to use starts from the foot because we don't look at it, we don't realize our feet and our foundation is very essential and the whole body actually stands on the foot. So you need to have strong feet and ancient sciences, they access the whole body just from the foot alone.

So if you have strong feet, you have a healthy foot, it actually energizes the heart, it energizes the brain, it energizes your stomach and your digestion. So a lot is said to be having strong feet. People don't realize that. So simple but very effective.

You got to do a little foot exercise, it's got to take care of your feet and it's mostly common sense, whatever is easy for you to do, you sort of look at your feet and if they look dry, put some oil on it, you know, if you use them, if you're sitting down, I have foot exercises for you, if you can get them and walk, that's well enough. And in Margaret's case, she wears a lot of high heels and sometimes she forgets to take them off even while she's sitting at your desk because she will have to get up and go and then she comes and does a little bit to work and then she's always moving so she tends to keep her heels on sort of like all the time and I was explaining to her that she says she forgets, you know, so she'll get up and run off barefoot and that sort of doesn't look very nice and she's been caught in a few embarrassing situations where she shows up without her shoes at the meeting but so she can't really remember to put the shoes on and take them off and on like most people do. So she just prefers to keep them on and she comes in with her high heels in the morning and she works through the date with her heels on. So if she's keeping her heels on then you need to focus on the calf, you know, so if your foot is in the shoe then you do calf exercises.

You got to do a little movement, you know, a little movement and these movements are easy. So even if she has the foot in her high heel she can still lift her toes up and down, you know, some ankle movements, straighten the leg under the table some knee movements. So you got to think of the leg because her foot is in her high heel shoe and she says that it's hard for her to remember but I was explaining to her that every time you come and you just change the position of the leg and the foot. So the altered position stimulates blood flow, it exercises different muscle groups and so just remember to keep changing your position.

You can straighten the leg, you can stretch the foot, stretch the leg, you know, bend a little bit further in, further out. So you keep changing the position of your legs and your feet and it uses different muscle groups so the aim is to not have stiff joints and not have poor circulation. So as long as you keep moving, you keep using your muscles and you get a good circulation and a good circulation is really, really vital. So a good circulation, it picks up everything on the inside.

You know, I was explaining to her she's gaining weight and so you need to have a good circulation because that's what picks up whatever the body doesn't need and it will take it to the organs of excursion and it leaves the body but you got to have good circulation and good circulation comes from a little exercise of movements. And what I teach her are simple techniques that you can use in your everyday life and you can incorporate them in your work schedule, in your routine that don't require extra time or extra trick to the gym or buying anything extra, you know, just natural movements, simple things that you can use and you can use the strength of the office. You can use it when you're traveling. So it's simple, it's always the best and it's the easiest that you will continue to use because anything that is a little bit difficult, you will be like, oh, I'll do that later, you know, I'll do that when I get home or when I have some time and daily movements, you know, physical activity or exercise, natural exercise is what we all need and we need to understand that we cannot be sitting in the same position or we cannot adopt the same position the whole day.

You can't sit in the chair in the same posture and you can't keep standing up the whole day for the same reason. You can't keep lying in bed the same way the whole day, you know, when you're unwell. So you have to understand that you need to keep moving how whatever suits you, you got to move your arms, you got to move the hands, you got to move the legs, you got to move the feet. So movement is essential and we have to take a short break here.

You're listening to my house, my foundation on the BBM Global Network and Tune in Radio and I'm your host, Dr. Mary Maran and we'll be right back after this short break. Maryam Arad. And in today's show we're discussing how women in the workforce, female executives, people that have made it, they're successful. How do they incorporate natural exercise? They don't have it out for the gym, they have everything, but they don't have the time to use it.

So what type of natural exercise can they do? And today we're talking about Margaret. She's 56 and she's very successful in the business. She has a nice house, she has a nice cars.

She's moved out of her home office. She used to use from her kitchen and now she's got a nice office and it's in a good business area. And so she has a nice office. She's got a small staff there and she travels and she travels.

She's opened the second office. So it's two states up and so she's opened another office there and she's looking to expand further nationally. But at the same time her health has taken a toll and her cholesterol is sort of a little bit on the high side and her and so is her diabetes and she's got a sweet tooth, which keeps her stress level down but it sure has increased her weight. And she's now looking to get all of her clothes a little size up and I was like, you know, absolutely not.

The thing is not to buy more clothes but to wear the same clothes so you're more conscious of your weight, you know, and you do something about it. And what you got to do is you got to incorporate natural movements, natural exercises and slowly keep moving and this is natural. So there's no sweat, no pain and it doesn't require shower. I mean, how wonderful is that?

Does it spoil your hair? It doesn't spoil your nails? It doesn't spoil the makeup. So phenomenal.

All you got to do is you got to keep moving. So you move your leg, you move your foot. You know, just remember that you don't want to keep sitting in the same position because our joints, they tend to stiffen up and she, Margaret wears high heels. She's got a good collection of heels and she is looking to expand her business.

And you know what they say about women, if there's a job and a man comes in and there's five job requirements and he only has three of those five qualifications. The man will say, yes, I can do it and give me a chance and let me prove myself. And if a woman applies for the same job and it requires those five characteristics, those five criteria and a woman fulfills all five of them, she will say to herself, let me get some more so I'll be better qualified and she will not apply for the job. I mean, this is some, I've heard this so many times and I've read this so many different places that women, we tend to be over perfectionist and men, they will go with the flow and they're more action oriented and women are more emotional based.

So we tend to think a lot in our minds and whereas the man will take the action and that maybe the reason why you don't see so many female executives in the Fortune 500 companies, but I tell you, if you get to the country level or the city level, now there's so many women that are getting out into the workforce and the business force. Yes, so many small businesses, those mom and pop shops are now women shops and I travel a lot and I'm into a lot of organizations and I tend a lot of meetings and now there are even lots and lots of programs nationwide that offer women entrepreneurs, specifically for women entrepreneurs because women, they don't have really the knowledge but they have the passion, they have the desire and they will go the extra mile and they have a great idea. So a lot of enterprises, a lot of programs are out there for women businesses and so they teach you everything that you need to know, a lot of workshops, a lot of on-screen programs so they have weekly programs and you come and they will teach you a little bit of everything about business that you need to know to get started and they help you develop your business plan, they help you develop how to take a loan and how to do your finances and how to go about your business and the legal aspect of it and how to progress and how to expand. So there's lots and lots of programs out there and they're geared, especially for women and women show up by the force and they all look good and you can tell the woman, the better the woman is doing, the better she looks, she's got the hair, makeup, nails, she's got name brand clothes and heels on and the weight is there.

So anybody that looks a little bit plus size is definitely doing good inner business but she's not having the time to spend on herself and I network in a lot of women executives and women executives, the common problem is that you lose the habit of daily exercise and women sort of step out into the business world after their children have sort of a started school and they're able to go to school back and forth themselves. So the women start out a little bit late when they've gone through motherhood and were as a men start out early after college so they have an early start and there's more confidence there, there's more work history, there's more personal history, you're more successful at an earlier age whereas women, they tend to not have that confidence, they have to ask their friends and they need their friends as a confidant but they definitely have the willpower and they definitely have the desire and they have the passion. Men sort of work 95 but a woman works 24-7 and she works from the office, she'll come home, she'll work and she will help her friends, so there's lots of cooperation between women, they will do it but it may take a little bit longer but the dedication is there and this is what we're seeing now that lots of small businesses are actually owned by women and lots of non-profits are owned by women and women are doing a phenomenal job especially when it comes to any children causes, educational causes, mom, family causes, so women have a brilliant mind, they have a good heart and they have these unique ideas, these they bring forward to their brands and wonderful, you know, so women causes, women businesses, they serve the community, they have ideas that serve the community, so we have to take a short break here, you're listening to My House, My Foundation on the BBN Global Network and tuning radio and I'm your host Dr. Mary Maran and we'll be right back after the short break.

After spending time in the foster care system I've documented my suffering and my loss and ultimately my survival. I'm blessed to work daily in my community and surrounding areas to give back by helping others and feeding the homeless. I want to spread awareness of the dangers of abuse. Thank you. Welcome back to My House My Foundation on the VPN Global Network and Tune in Radio and I'm your host Dr. Maryam Aran and today we're talking to Margaret. She's 56 and she's a woman executive.

She's a woman of success. She's a successful story and she's got it made financially. She's got her business set and she's happy. She on the other side she has gained weight and she has no time for herself.

So the sad story is that when women we work we tend to neglect ourselves and we put our workforce and everybody else's. And we sort of don't work 9 to 5. So when women step out into the workforce some people they work in the office, a lot of women businesses they are now, they work from home, they work from the kitchen table, they're so far in front of the television. So the mind is always working whether they're at a friend's place, whether they're cooking or they're watching television or whatever they're doing.

So they're always networking and they're still expanding and talking about their businesses because women are great communicators. But at the same time we'd rather talk then go to the gym and that's really not good but that's a habit of a lot of people and we tend to put off of going to the gym. So I teach you how to use your internal gym. You know, the easy things that you can do along the way and using natural exercises using your internal gym, natural body movements and for women.

We like to sit and eat. There's nothing wrong with eating and if that is what relieves your stress, that is what you will do. So it's not about how you behave in front of people and it's not what you do by yourself. So it's not like you wait for everybody else to leave and then we sort of pull out the chicken and the pizza and whatever we're not supposed to have the chocolate cake, we will have it because somehow as sweetness it satisfies your craving of depression or stress and you name whatever emotion, the food, comfort, everything.

So this is what I would teach. It's okay to eat whatever you want because if you're stressed and that's the way you relieve your stress, you smoke, you eat, saltage pizza or fried chicken or you had a sweet tooth, you go on chocolate and my proofreader, she smokes and no matter what she's going to smoke because that's what relieves your stress. So I was telling Margaret that look at the house, if you have a party so you vacuum once more. So it's the same story inside the body.

You know what you do to your house is the same thing you do for your body. You need to clean. So you need to turn on that internal vacuum cleaner and our vacuum cleaner also is a system of pipes just like the vacuum cleaners along hose and you turn the motor on and it picks up whatever trash you have. So our engine is always running so the heart always beats in our blood vessels.

These are internal pipes, you know the bad blood out, the good blood in. So our internal vacuum cleaner is always working and it works very subtle and softly with every heartbeat. So you got to take some water, you know any form of liquid that you like tea, juice, whatever you want and you put some liquid in because thick blood doesn't flow so you got to drink some water and you do some natural movements, you do little movements and minimum is the foot, you know, the foot, if you want to do foot exercises or you want to walk or a little something whatever you do is fine and when blood flows it will clean out everything. So it doesn't matter what you had, you know it will clean the body out and then you feel a little bit better afterwards.

So you know you need to clean the inside, a little bit clean, this goes a long way and it's not about adding more supplements or taking more medicine, it's about cleaning. So since my program involves adding in natural, you know whatever is natural, natural exercises and even when you go to the gym you advise you to take a water bottle with you and you know have a little water in between your workout and you know keep yourself hydrated. So this is the same way, you need to hydrate yourself and so if you feel stressed, water is the best remedy that there is. So you know drink some water and some people find it hard to drink water so whatever liquid suits you, a lot of people go for teas, you know whatever tea you want, cinnamon tea, jasmine tea, some fruit flavor or whichever flavor you want, make it a little bit diluted so it's more watery and then try to drink it.

You don't have to go up it all down but just keep it in front of you and every half hour, every hour, drink a cup or glass or water bottle. So you keep up your hydration, you keep that blood, you know you got to keep your blood flowing, you got to keep that internal vacuum cleaner going and you do some food exercises where if you're young you can do a little walking or in the office you're up and about so you know you take a little longer walk in the office and instead of sitting you walk a little bit at lunchtime or from the meeting instead of taking the elevator and you can take the steps or you can just walk around slowly in your office and instead of sitting and answering the telephone. So whenever you have to answer the phone I advise people that you can stand up and sort of just pay some slow pacing your room and so this is your time to yourself you know in the meeting you have to sit down but when you're answering the phone you in most phones or cordless hand phones so you can get up and walk in and it sort of helps you know a little movement, it helps you exercise and exercise gets the blood flowing, helps with de-stress the heart and clean you on the inside. So it's still something that women we don't use enough is we don't drink enough water, we don't keep ourselves hydrated so it's a simple remedy there.

Don't delay. Welcome back to My House Night Foundation on the BVN Global Network and Tune in Radio. I'm your host, Dr. Mary Moran.

In today's show, we're looking into the life of Margaret. She's a woman executive. She's a successful woman. She moved from her kitchen office into a nice office location.

Now she's even expanded. She's expanded to a second city to a state sub, so she's got two locations for her business. She's looking to expand it even further. We wish her all the good luck and all the best in the future for her growth.

But at the same time that her business is growing, women, we tend to neglect ourselves. And we like to focus and we like to do perfectionist, so we like to do a little bit more than what is required and it always takes a little bit more time and all those little details that we think are absolutely essential. They take a little bit more time and the time sort of comes out from our personal time. So whereas we're perfecting our business and we're perfecting our work, but it comes out from our personal time.

And that's where I come in and I teach you that if you don't get to the gym, you learn to use your internal gym. And the internal gym is with you always. You got all your muscles and joints in there, all your organs are functioning your life and every organ it produces some waste. It's working so it produces some waste, which is called metabolic waste.

And you can clean the outside, but you can't rub and scrub the inside. And so you need to have blood flow. You need to use that internal vacuum cleaner of yours to get all that junk out and that's the basis of good health there. It got to do a little daily exercise, some daily natural movements, natural exercise.

You need to incorporate that into your life. You know your daily routine and it doesn't require an hour and it doesn't require your personal trainer, it doesn't require any equipment, it requires nothing. You just have to learn it. And this is what I teach you how to incorporate natural exercises into your life.

And it doesn't spoil your hair. Market is picture perfect. You know, women CEOs, they dress up, they look good, they got the hair, the makeup, the dress, the nails, the jewelry, you look at them, they're all wearing nice clothes, matching shoes, matching bags, even the briefcase, the file folder, their pen, everything matches. So they're all matched up on the outside but on the inside is a different story.

We spend so much time focused on outside that we don't focus on the inside. And so on the inside, little simple easy steps to go along the way. They help along the way. So this is what I teach and I hope Margaret has benefited by the simple remedies that I suggested to her of using incorporating daily exercises along the way and supplementing herself.

You know, just a little bit of time to herself, just a moving, just simple body movements. Like walk when you answer the phone, just sort of stand up and you can walk them. So there's something easy that you can do and alter the position that you sit in because we all have these comfortable spots so we need to alter our position. And so we don't end up with stiffness and the body doesn't sag because she's young and active and still growing.

So all right, so we have had a really good show today and a lot of information because this is affecting a lot of ladies who are out on the go, expanding our businesses and lots of programs that are there for women to expand. And while we're expanding our programs and our financials, we don't like to expand physically. So this is something for all those women that want to get up and about and do something for themselves. And the basics is you got to add a little movement and don't buy sizes.

Don't buy plus sizes. You know, if you need to expand to a bigger size, don't buy a bigger size. You tell yourself, you give yourself the ultimatum that I need to shrink down and I will incorporate natural exercises in my day. So I don't expand a natural exercise once you get into the concept of taking care of yourself a little bit here and there.

It's easy to incorporate in your work style. So you don't require that hour at the gym, which nobody really has. So you've been listening to My House My Foundation on the VBM Global Network and TuneIn Radio. And I'm your host, Dr.
