Welcome everyone. Welcome to BDM Global Network and TuneIn Radio to your very own weekly series, My House, My Foundation. With your very passionate host, Dr. Miriam Mirad, where we investigate the lives of everyday people and we look into the lives as to what is their daily exercise.

Are they getting too much of it or are they not getting enough? And today we're talking about a very serious topic. Yes, we're talking about heart condition. So my guest today, she will tell her story of what her journey was like and I have a personal story there also because we also are a family with a weak heart, my father was his condition and my mother also so I have a personal connection there.

And heart disease is the number one condition in the world, number one killer of all times. And when you go to the doctor, you mentioned that you're going to the cardiologist to anyone. They're like, oh, everybody takes a breath and there's a pause of silence. What happens is like, I'm home.

You're sort of expecting some bad news to happen and heart disease. Whatever you hear on the media about the conditions and the symptoms and whatever you hear that this is what you should do. And so if you find somebody sweating and pain and radiating pain that way or some discomfort, that is all for men. Can you believe that?

Whatever is taught to you is for men and we have a new category that is emerging, women with heart conditions. And women with heart conditions are really not talked about because they do not fall in the traditional symptoms of heart disease. You know, women generally have something happen. They have episode happen.

And then they find out that, you know what, we have a heart condition. So with women and heart disease, it's a more serious condition than with men because men are not used to a pain. And whereas women were used to pain and our pain thresholds are higher. So our tolerance levels are higher.

And when something does happen, we sort of the doctor finds it out at a more serious stage, whereas men, because their pain tolerance is not that high, they go to the doctor more often, a little bit of pain. And they're already on the painkillers, one to painkillers, their upper checkup. And so their symptoms are diagnosed at a lot at an earlier stage. So they are on their follow-ups.

The men are equally better with the women. They have regular follow-ups whereas the women, we sort of tend to put everybody else first. And we kind of neglect ourselves. And the condition is initially diagnosed a little bit later.

And when it's diagnosed, it's a little bit more serious. And then our follow-ups are we give everybody else the time and we don't really put ourselves number one. And so with women, it's a very, very serious issue of women and heart disease. And we ask the question, what exercise can a person with heart condition do?

Well, you know, this is the show called My House, My Foundation. So we will explore talking to our guest a little bit more about her journey. And she's a lady guest. So we will be looking at women with heart condition and what her lifestyle is like.

And what her daily life is like and her journey, what changes she has made in her life to accommodate her health condition. And what her story is. So she has a unique story and that's the purpose of my show to bring individual people out, individuals out. Because everybody, when you say heart disease, you see it, no two people have the same condition and no two people have the same lifestyle.

So we have different lifestyles, we have specific situations and so we can't be placed in a cookie cutter style. Okay, this suits you. Okay, do this. I take the sheet.

Everybody does that. And this is the purpose of my show to bring out individuals. So we can talk to them one to one. I may not be able to change the world, but I can definitely change the world for that one person.

So that is my aim to bring out each person, tell them how special they are and focus on their life, their needs. What improvements can be made with them? They can do themselves easy adjustments to their life that will improve their health and wellness and of course help their daily life. So they're better adapt to handling different situations.

They're more confident. They're better equipped. You know, they have a better support system. They know what to do in different situations.

You know, we take these first aid courses and it's sort of generalised. But when we come into these one to one situations, well, what do we do? We sort of have a little panic mode there. But then after you've gone through a couple of these first aid trainings and coaching and had different situations and handled them, then you're a little bit better equipped to know how to handle heart disease.

But you know, heart disease is a complete surprise because everybody is different. And when it comes to your family, boy, that is very, very emotional. And you can look at it, read about it in the newspaper and the magazine. And that's completely different.

And then when it gets home, that's a completely different story. And when your parents have it and when you have it, life just completely changes. And you have to change your lifestyle. You know, you have to bring about these positive health and wealth changes.

That everybody talks about. We have so many shows on television, on radio, on the media, on the news. Wherever you look, there's a health and wellness and everything is related to the heart. And of course, exercise is good for you.

And this is the purpose over here to bring out what exercise is good for the heart. So we will be talking to our guests today and talk about her particular situation and the changes that she has made and look into the possibilities of what more she can do. And we will look into one person today and we will be talking about women with heart conditions. That is a very new emerging category.

And that's not much done there because everything you find is about men. And you know, men were number one. And women were sort of not up there, but right now women are one to one. They're right at the bar with men with heart conditions.

Men and women equal each other as being the number one heart condition of all times. And so heart disease has just expanded very rapidly in women. And all the supporting factors and support groups and all the research and everything is sort of a catching behind on women. But for men, it's already well established.

So women are a new group of emerging health conditions, especially when it comes to the heart because we are just sort of expanding and the numbers are very, very shocking and surprising when it comes to women and heart conditions because we are mothers, we're wives, we're sisters, we're friends. We have to continue our life and we put ourselves as second and we place our families as first, whereas for men, they run to the doctor first and everything else comes second. So with women in heart condition, it's a completely different situation. How to handle it, how to go about your daily life.

And so this is what we will be talking about. And you are listening to the BBM Global Network and Tune in Radio. And I'm your host, Dr. Maryam Murad on my house, my foundation.

And we'll be right back after the short break, so stay tuned. Do you ever wonder why certain things are happening in your life? How to start a business or a new direction? Need answers?

Welcome back to My House, My Foundation on VB and Global Network Intuning Radio and I'm your host, Dr. Mary Murad. And today we're talking about a very serious topic, a new topic, Women with Heart Disease. Yes, we are right at par with men.

Well, that's one category where we wouldn't. I want to catch up but unfortunately we have caught up with the men. And today my guest here, she's a very elegant, very lovely. She's a picture of brain and beauty.

She's so thoughtful and extremely wise woman. And so let me welcome my guest here. Welcome to the show, Rebecca. Good afternoon.

I'm Yuan. My name is Rebecca Lee. I'm Chinese awareness coach. I learned Chinese awareness because my family have heart trouble history.

So when my daddy was young, the doctors say this is very hard, very hard, can fix the heart. So after that, my daddy just changed lifestyle, changed food, exercise every day, then managing the emotion. So the heart gets big change. The fat situation gets big change.

Yes. Rebecca, her father had a heart condition. So she got it from her father. So this is an inherited condition.

And her father was found out at quite a relatively young age that he had a weak heart. And he followed the doctor's advice very closely. And he was very regular at taking his medicine. And the doctor advised him that he needs to change his lifestyle and change his food.

And that's very hard to do when you're about middle-aged plus. But he was very successful. And he loved his family very much. Yes.

So you had a loving dad there. He really loved you. And he wanted to be with the family. And so can you tell us about what his food habits were before?

He changed his lifestyle. So when he was diagnosed with heart condition, what food did he use to eat? Was it high oil, fatty, sugary? What was his choice of meals?

Okay. My daddy before, like a lot of meat tested so heavy. So after that, changed a lot of the vegetable and the red color food for heart. So then drink a lot of the water, different time.

So make the body circulation good. So to exercise, Tai Chi and the meridian points, every day to exercise. So the body gets a big change. What was his exercise that he did?

So he did Tai Chi. He did regularly Tai Chi. And that was his regular exercise was Tai Chi. Yes.

And so how often did he do his exercise? Was it every day? He did exercise every day? Yes.

My daddy did every day. Okay. Body every day, need the food, need the circulation. So give the body good materials.

So I saw my daddy, the body had big change. Yes. That's excellent. So you're there with him and you lived with your father at home.

So you were with him every day and you were daddy's little girl and you helped him. You were his moral support, supporting him. And mom is there and you were there. And do you have any siblings, also sisters and brothers?

Yes. So all my family, you know, find my daddy, the health is a big change. So my family, you know, learn a lot of Chinese traditional wellness. So I learned this whole event, you know, because from my daddy, the body change, I know all this is a very good way for men to the body.

Yes. And as your dad was changing his lifestyle, so the mom was cooking different foods and you as kids were eating different foods, you know, so you all also change from eating lots of meats to eating fruits and vegetables, lots of vegetables. Yes. Yes.

So, so usually evening time, you know, my daddy never eat a lot of meat, you know, because the body, the evening time cannot do a lot of job, you know, digesting something. So yeah, so change the food different time, you know, the, yeah, so the body good work. Yes. That's very good.

You have to change your eating habits because heavy meals are very hard to digest. And people don't realize that evening meals are very hard, you know, and you have to have light food in the evening. So vegetables are excellent. And the way you cook it.

So your dad was in China, you were raised in China and the Chinese way of cooking it looks very healthy. So he even, even in China, he was eating lots of meats and then your mom stopped cooking those meats and then you switched over to vegetables. So which vegetables was he eating? Okay.

Different the season, just the following the season, different the season, have different the kind of vegetable, different the color. Okay. For Chinese traditional wellness, okay, different the season, and then the different the organ. So for example, right now, summertime we need to take care of more the heart.

So neither the red color food and you massage heart meridian. It's good to them and tend the heart. Yes. So he's eating the seasonal vegetables that are in season and eat season.

So he's having fresh vegetables. And in China, in Asia, people cook. So your mom is cooking daily meals every time and you're eating the meals fresh. So he's having fresh foods and vegetables, nothing coming out of a can or plastic or a box, no fast foods, nothing.

So excellent. Wow. I mean, I don't know how it got the heart disease in the first place. He was eating lots of meats before and he changed his lifestyle.

So yeah, because now in China, there's a trend to be Western. You know, I used to live there myself and you know that they're trying to change and follow Western traditions. So that's probably where your family was having lots of meats to eat. So he changed the diet.

Your mom was cooking more vegetables and then he was exercising every day. So you're doing Tai Chi because they do Tai Chi in a group situation. You know, everybody gets together and they're all doing your own thing, but you're doing it like in a group, you know, early morning, they're barefoot in the park and the grass. And is that how he was doing his Tai Chi early morning outside in the park?

Yes. My daddy every day, you know, do Tai Chi and massage some points, you know, just check the body. But every day is different. So you need to read the body.

What's going on? Then you know how to maintain that. That's right. No, two days are the same.

So you have to take care of yourself every single day. Every meal is important. Every day, the daily exercise is important. So he's following his doctor's orders regularly.

He told me he was very good following the doctor. All right. So here we're talking to Rebecca and you're listening to BBM Global Network and Tune in Radio on your weekies radio series, My House, My Foundation. I'm your host, Dr.

Maryam Murad, and we'll be right back after this short break. So stay tuned. Essential Nutrients LLC is the brainchild of entrepreneur Barbara Burns, inspired by a desire to help others. 819-360-3266. Now is your time. Welcome back friends. Welcome to BPM Global Network and TuneIn Radio.

You're listening to My House, My Foundation and I'm your very passionate host, Dr. Mary Murad. Today, we're talking about women with heart disease, what self care, what exercise, what can they do. Our guest here today is a woman with heart condition.

Rebecca, can you tell us how old you are? Right now I'm 55. You got this heart condition from your father and you were telling me when you were a young girl, every time you used to run like your dad, he took on exercise and made you do exercise. exercise your heart used to go really really fast.

So could you elaborate more on how you found out that you had this condition? Yeah, when I was young, okay, I just always feel my heart beat very fast. So the doctor said you need to maintain your heart because from maybe from family. So since that's the time, I just changed my lifestyle, okay, just the full tension for my sleep time earlier is not too late and change your food.

You know, I like the delicious food, you know, the meat, something, whether I follow my daddy, I change the food, then I go to the college, then Chinese awareness. Yes, so it's very important that at a young age, because you have this in your family, so your mother is already cooking vegetables, yes, you've changed over to meats to vegetables and seasonal vegetables. And since mom is cooking, so you get fresh meal, you know, you get the fresh food, boy, that's, that's each meal is packed full of vitamins right there. And then because your father is also doing the food and with exercise, so he's doing Tai Chi every day.

So he goes to the park every day and he's doing his Tai Chi, you know, he's a slow body, full body movement, slow motion. And so he's doing it every day. And so he that greatly influenced his lifestyle. You know, it improved his health like you're telling me to improve his health and the doctor didn't give him very long to live.

But so since he improved his lifestyle and changed his eating habits, so he was able to carry on a better lifestyle, you know, a little bit longer than the doctor thought he would. And this also influenced you. So you started eating more fruits and vegetables at a younger age, and you were diagnosed with a health condition when you're a young girl and your heart used to be really fast, you know, and your dad took you to the doctor also. And he explained to you that you have a weak condition, you have a weak heart and this is from your father.

He gave you lots of love, but unfortunately it comes along with the weak heart. And so you also changed your lifestyle. Yes. And then you got married at a later age.

Yes. So yeah, and everything sort of comes a little bit later when your heart is number one, you're concerned about your heart and not taking action. Yeah. When I get married, you know, I moved to the American, okay, I go to here, I went to get here.

So I saw a lot of women, okay, a lot of people have bodies, not very strong. They just want to teach them this traditional way. Yeah. So you came, you followed your husband.

So your husband came to the US. So you followed your husband here. And when you came, you were reluctant to take a job or do extra because your heart, you were taking care of your heart, you know, the doctor told you many years ago that you have a weak heart and not to do extra work, not to take extra stress, no extra attention. So you have to take care of your heart and you chose to be a housewife.

So you stayed at home and even in the housework, you got tired. So even doing the housework? Yeah. So, yeah.

So many years, I just stay home, you know, just the house, the wife. So, yeah. So I just, I like to help people. So I saw some people have the heart of the body need help.

I just give a lot of the help, you know, how to do teaching people how to do that. Yes, you made lots of friends. Yeah, because you come here and then, you know, you made lots of friends and you're talking to them. And while you're at home, you're also educating yourself.

So, whereas seems like, you know, your housewife and you're just doing housework and housework and cooking and cleaning and those used to tire you out. So what you used to do is take small breaks and keep yourself high in education. And wow, that's terrific. So here you are educating yourself and people think you're just a housewife sitting at home and you're taking on all this education.

And when you talk to your husband and your friends, you're passing on all this good information and people are very impressed by your knowledge. You know, here they think they're talking to a housewife, but they don't know that you have a heart condition. You know, it's a familiar heart condition and you pouring out with all these words of wisdom. And so you're really impressed people when you came here telling me about that earlier.

And this really influenced your life later on. And you have made lots of changes in your life. So can you tell us the food that you used to cook for your husband? Because he loved to eat, you know, of course better, big eaters.

So can you tell us what he liked and what you cooked? Okay, when I came here, you know, husband always making American food. Okay, then I just make the more healthy food every day. I just found out the seasons, different season for different organs.

So I just make a difference. So later on, later on, I all, you know, my husband, you know, the house will get a big change too. So it's a very important daily food because give the body materials, you know. Yes, that's very important.

Boy, that's a very excellent, excellent habit that you have. You buy fresh fruits and vegetables and you cook fresh vegetables. Boy, that's excellent. So keep up with that good habit of yours.

You buy fresh vegetables and gosh, fresh, you cook it and each meal is like a freshly cooked meal. You don't store old food. Yeah, the Chinese, I love their habit. They make the proportions just enough for that meal, you know, they don't make whole bunch because vegetables, they don't taste that good, you know, when they're sort of stored and especially soups, they sort of change the taste and the flavor.

So the best thing is just to buy fresh, so you're cooking lots of vegetables and so you also influenced your husband's health by cooking lots of vegetables because you brought in all this wise wisdom from your family, you know, your dad had a health condition. He had a weak heart and you inherited that from your father. So at a younger age, you incorporated more fruits and vegetables into your diet as opposed to a meats, you know, and then when you got married, you came to the US and and you continued with your tradition of more vegetables and vegetables has been a life-saver for you, you know, eating more vegetables and you continue to do that today. Also, vegetables are your favorites.

So you eat vegetables? Okay, right now is the summertime. So by the more the red color food, for example, tomatoes, green beans and red the paper, you know, just the red color, you know, good for the summertime. So yeah, then you just massage some points.

Yeah, just walk together. Yes, that's true. Red colored vegetables are excellent. You got those red bell peppers, you got those tomatoes, you know, the bright vibrance.

That's what they say. That's the thing, you know, you travel east and west. The concepts are the same. There they say the traditional the fresh fruits and vegetables.

Here we say eat their colors of the rainbow. So you eat a variety of fresh fruits and fresh vegetables and the fresh ones, the fresh ones, the fresh ones, gets you your vitamins, your supplements. And that helps with your health. Yes.

And so here we'll be taking a short break on my house, my foundation, and you're listening to the BBM Global Network and Tune in Radio. And I'm your passionate host, Dr. Maryam Murad. So stay tuned and we'll be right back.

We can do it together. Welcome friends. Welcome back to my house, my foundation, on the BBM Global Network and Tune in Radio. And I'm your host, Dr.

Maryam Murad. And today we're talking to a woman, a woman with a heart condition. And we're looking into her personal life as how she inherited this condition from her father. And she found out at a very young age that her, she had a weak heart.

And so she made lifestyle changes to accommodate her health condition. And another very painful decision that a woman has to make is not to have any children. So our guest today chose not to have children because she had a very weak heart. And for a woman to make that choice, every woman wants to hold a baby.

And you know, you take care of that little baby. And Rebecca is such a warm person. And the sad thing is that you meet women that have health conditions that cannot bear children. They actually make the best mothers.

So I hope at some stage in life maybe you will adopt or you will foster a child because Rebecca, you really have a beautiful personality. So yes, can you talk a little bit more about your decision not to have children because that's a very, very painful decision to make? Yeah. Okay.

For my the house, so I don't get the children. So I just understand, you know, this house is very important for women. So I just right now, I would like help the mom, a lot of women. So I really want to teach a lot of information how to maintain the body for a woman than getting independent.

Yes. So Rebecca, she has now taken on a very healthy lifestyle. And she has done a lot of reading. And this is her sort of permission now she educates others.

So they're more aware of it because she was not aware that she had a heart condition. I mean, her father had it and he was making lifestyle changes, but she used to end up with her heart racing really fast. And your heart was racing more than 100 times a minute. I mean, it was beating out of your chest really.

What did that feel like? You know, I had a heart beating zoom, zoom, beating so fast. What did that feel like? Yeah.

When heart the beat very, very fast, I feel uncomfortable. So I just massage some points because I learned a lot of the points I'm reading, managing my emotions, sleep good. And you're also taking your medicine regularly. So you're learning a lot of alternative therapies as well.

Before I just take the Chinese traditional medicine for heart. But after that, I learned a lot of traditional way points, change your life, style, change your food. I don't need to take any Chinese when it's the Chinese traditional medicine. Yes.

Yes. But she keeps a standby in her bag. Well, that's, you know, they're always so she has gotten to the point where she can, you know, she has decided it's a very personal decision to make. So she has regular checkups like her dad used to go for regular checkups to the doctor.

And she at the younger age found out about her health condition, which she inherited from her father. So her father used to go for regular checkups and he took his medicine regularly. And so did his little daughter when she found out that she had a heart condition. So both father and daughter used to go to the doctor and regularly, you know, she's taking medicine.

So she was in China taking Chinese medicine. And when she came to the US, her husband was very kind and took really good care of her. And you know, so you ended up taking, going for regular checkups and she's educating herself along the way. And so you're good on the food side.

But what about the exercise side? What type of exercises do you, because you would tell me to do the housework and it tired you out and you know, she used to take breaks and read books and educate yourself. So what exercise did you do coming to America? Yeah.

And I do Teji every day because I'm Teji instructor and I do the points, you know, massage some body the points. I usually I like the singer's song, you know, very good for the heart for long. So I do a lot of the relaxed breathing, you know, the exercise. Yes, she's a very good swimmer and she goes swimming to relax herself.

And you know, she sings. And I said, will you please sing us a little song that you sing? So will you sing us a little piece of your song that you sing to yourself a little bit? Would you like to sing us a few sentences, phrases?

That was beautiful. Thank you. Thank you. Could you also translate it for us?

Yeah. So what is that? Yeah. Could you put a little bit of a generally what put a little translation for us?

Yeah. Just to say the very beautiful the young the girl standing the ocean. Oh, so it's about it's a young girl standing by the ocean. And so what she waving at the sailor or is it somebody on shore that she's waving to?

So is it one of those? She's looking out to the sea. Yeah, just waiting for the like a boyfriend. Oh, okay.

So she's waiting. She's by the sea and she's waiting for boyfriend to come. Well, thank you for that lovely song. And you're listening to my house, my foundation on the BBM Global Network and Tune in Radio.

And I'm your host, Dr. Maryam Marad. And we'll be right back after these short breaks. So stay tuned Patricia.

Marya Murad. And today we're discussing heart disease with women and we're looking into the life of one lady who had inherited this from her father and how she changed her lifestyle and how she made this very painful decision of not to have any children. And you know, we long children and she's such a loving woman and to not to have children was a very, very difficult decision to make. Then you have to make these tough choices.

And so right now we will look into her life a little bit more of where her wealth of knowledge has come from. She has tons of knowledge and at a young age, Rebecca, since your dad had heart conditions, so you decided when you went to college, you decided to study wellness. So you were studying traditional Chinese wellness. So can you tell us what your coursework was like about traditional Chinese wellness?

Yeah, Chinese wellness, okay, talking about a lot of the body, okay, body is not only body, body included in the spirit, mind and the body, body just like a machine, okay, you have to maintain, okay, it's not say one month or one year maintain one time. So every day you need to maintain the body, body just if you body something wrong, body give you information, okay, you can read that. So for meridian, meridian just like carry the Qi, blood and energy to your all body just like a stomach every morning, you eat breakfast, then your body to digestion, then use meridian, can send it to whole in your nutrition, Qi, blood energy to different organs. But if the meridian is black age, so your organs, your cells or tissues cannot get enough nutrition.

So I learned a lot of the information from China, the college, then like make the body, teach people how to make your body circulation good. Right now, body is different 50 years ago or 60 years ago. Right now the lifestyle food gives the body a lot of problem from the circulation. So yes, yes, lifestyle has definitely changed.

And so you're using traditional medicine, traditional meridians, yes, that's true. To into your modern day of wellness system, yes, and you've already incorporated the diet, the vegetables, and you're using the Chinese exercises of Tai Chi, so Rebecca and you're sleeping and you're trying to take the stress off. And you're actually right now setting up yourself as a health coach and you're sort of overworking yourself, you know, and my advice to you would be to work one day or take a rest the second day and then work alternate days, you know, one day you rest one day you work. What do you think about that?

Yeah, so I right now, I just make a time, you know, teach you more people because I know a lot of people right now, body can not 100% work. So I give a lot of information for different situations. So how to just maintain, you know, from food, from exercise, from the lifestyle and from the emotion. Okay, for the like some for the food, the pressure points, you know, different points, you know, can for the different problem.

So this one is very special. Yes, that's true. The foot, the Chinese, they draw everything on the feet. And actually that is the foundation of the body.

And that is that's what we talk about the houses foundation, your foundation, and the whole body, all the meridians, they come right down to the feet. So whether you go east, whether you go west, you cannot go wrong with natural wellness. And you're correct, you know, you have taken this mission on yourself because you have learned it, you have lived through it, you want to go out and teach others and you have become a health coach. And you're very good and you're very determined and you go to great lengths to teach others.

But but you know, you're good on the exercise and the food and vegetable side and drink water and you have your bottle with you. But you sort of over exert yourself, you know, there's lots and lots of people to help it. Like you were telling me that I need to change my lifestyle. I need to do less work.

And so here we're telling one another, you know, we need to do a little less work because women, we sort of outdo ourselves. And when we're talking about women and heart and heart condition, you really cannot, you have to pace yourself. You cannot stress yourself because even though you're not doing very physically demanding work, you know, you think you're sweating, you're not sweating, you're sitting in a chair, you're reading a book, but the heart takes a lot of emotional stress, you know, and the material you're reading. So sometimes it reads something that is a little bit more common to your funny jokes or something relaxing and something else from very serious topics.

So the heart doesn't take the emotional stress at times. So, you know, that's a little tip for you. You need to take these little breathers in between and you're a teacher, you know, you become a teacher. So you have a fixed your lifestyle of sleeping and eating and exercise.

So you balance that and you're very disciplined. I wish a lot of women out there were like you when they see fried chicken, you do not eat outside restaurant food, you know. So that's a tough choice because when women go shopping, which we love to do, it's very hard to resist the food out there. And when you go out there, you do not eat any of the outside food.

Is that true? Yes, because the body has strong heating power, but we need the body needs to ride the food just like a ride the materials for the body. The body needs the time, let the body, you know, fix the self. Okay, so we need to give enough time for body and enough ride the food, ride the materials for the body.

Yes, that's very, very well said. And I wish everybody had this discipline when we go out. Actually, I'll tell you when most of us go out, we take a break at these fun foods that they taste so good. And when we arrive with our friends at a little shopping break from, shopping and little stalls and foods that we have, it would taste so good.

It smells so good. I mean, the whole place is over takes you. So you're not really affected by the smell of the good food and everybody eating. You're so disciplined that you say no means no.

How wonderful is that? To meet a person who says no and actually means that you do not feel tempted at all to eat anything. So yeah, well, that's remarkable. You're so disciplined.

So if you've got everything done, just need to relax a little bit more. And we wish we're all the best over here. And so I'm talking on women in heart condition. Do you have any advice that you would like to give the women?

Because this is a rising problem. And the thing is a lot of women, they do not know that the extent of their heart condition. And so we have a lot of stress. So is there some advice that you would like to give to the women?

Yeah. So a woman usually is a family is a wife. So I really would like help the woman. Okay, learn a lot of wellness, the knowledge that she can take care of the whole family for children, for husband, for parents, the health issue.

So this is a very simple, just to learn a little bit. So just to change a little bit of life style, change your food, change your emotion, you know, so yeah, make the body is totally different. Yes, that's beautifully said. Yes, it's small pieces of wisdom, small pieces of golden nuggets that you joined together.

And that's a difference. You know, I'm so our audience that is listening to us today, those women that have health conditions, especially with the heart, you don't have to do drastic changes like, Oh my gosh, what's going to happen? No, our guest here, she had made these small changes and these small changes are on a daily basis. And that's what really counts.

Those small, small changes that you make on a daily basis, that's what adds up. You know, so every meal you have good food, you have fresh food. So you focus on every meal, you focus on a little bit of exercise every day. And like our guest, she grew up in China.

So she has a Chinese wellness degree. And so she is also well-worsted in the meridians, you know, which all end up down at the feet. So when you do the pressure points on the foot or when you do this foot program of mind, this foot exercises, foot wellness, you get blood flow energy, everything, you stimulate life in the foot. And that's what supports your body.

And for those with heart condition, look into my program, because that is the exercise for weak heart. You need to be able to support yourself physically. You need to be able to stand up because people with health conditions, especially with the weak heart, you know, like our guest here today was saying that she would rest and when she did a little bit of work, she would get tired. So she would take frequent rest.

And when you rest, you have to stand up on guess what, you're two feet. So the foot is very important because people are there with you, you know, the family is there with you when you're hospitalized or when you have something, a crisis. But daily life, you are with your own self. So one area that you need to invest in is to strengthen the foot.

And the foot is what will take you around the house. So that is very, very essential that you need to strengthen the feet. And those are mild exercises which are not strenuous. They do not require too much of an effort at all.

So Rebecca, thank you so much for being on our show today. And we enjoyed having you here. Okay. Yeah.

And I would like everybody, every woman that is diagnosed with health condition to honestly put in a genuine effort which has to be sustained, you know, you can't do one day in one day out.

No, it has to be a sustained effort. And you have to be there for your family, you have to be there for your children, you have to be there for your brothers and sisters, you're the moral support. And so it's one day at a time. So just remember, it's my house, my foundation.
