I sat down with Bill Eddins, one of the Co-Owners of MetroNOME Brewery in St. Paul, Minnesota. MetroNOME has a mission of raising money to provide access to students who cannot afford music education. They do this with proceeds from their delicious craft beer and intimate live music performances in their swanky downstairs venue called Fingal's Cave.
