My Interview w/ Giesenbräu Bier Co.'s Erin & Tom

It was an absolute treat to sit down with Giesebräu Bier Co.'s Erin Hutton (Owner) and Tom Giesen (Head Brewer) to chat beer. The conversation flowed as smooth as a freshly poured Hildy's Helles. We talk about how Giesenbräu came to be, the dedication to quality, and the way they bring people into their community. In fact, their Oktoberfest celebration is coming up on Oct. 6th and 7th, so plan on visiting them for that.
