Emily is a Functional Nutrition Expert through MindBodyGreen. Emily is currently enrolled in Functional Diagnostic Nutrition to become a FDN-P. Emily owns and operates Whole with Emily LLC, wherein she works with clients one on one within the space of holistic wellness, to support optimal physical and mental health. She believes that true health and feeling better means examining the intersection between physical and mental health and look at one's experience through this lens. Integration of nutrition, movement, sleep, stress management and self care, gut health, mindset and more is the formula for a better quality life.
