Quitting drinking has been one of the most empowering and life-changing decisions I have made since I started my healing journey. Letting go of alcohol freed me from the grips of anxiety, and has allowed me to live a more authentic and aligned life.  You don't have to have a problem with alcohol to be curious about what your life might look like without it.
