My Journey with Grief so far

from Can't Call Your Mom with Nicole Weston · host Nicole Weston | Motherless mothers navigating life after motherloss

A trigger warning that in today’s episode I get raw and vulnerable. Be mindful of the space you are in and be sure you feel safe and secure before you press play. Thank you for holding space with me.  Today I share with you my raw and vulnerable experience with the recent loss of my mother.  She died suddenly with not even a hint of illness.  Today I share from a place of expression for me as I find it deeply healing to share and connect.  I don’t have answers and I am not offering advice. Simply a snapshot of how I am doing so far as I navigate motherhood, entrepreneurship and grief.  I am surrounded by love and support from family and friends, mentors and therapist. My community is the reason I can share today.  If you have read this far I hope in hearing my experience you can feel like you’re not alone.  If you or a loved one are experiencing grief please know you can connect with your local hospice for 1:1 therapy and group programs.  Thank you so much!
