My Journey with Reiki

from Journey with Nikita · host Nikita Thakrar

Let me guide you on a journey to connect with your inner wisdom and create a life filled with purpose & joy.  I am a teacher, mentor & coach inspiring individuals to develop a mind, body, soul connection through healing, wellbeing & personal development. Welcome to my world where you will be taken on a journey of self-discovery through guided meditations, mindfulness techniques, positive affirmations, manifestation tips and poetry from my published book. Reach out to connect with me on social media, and let me know feedback on episodes that resonate with you.  In this episode, I reflect on how Reiki came into my life, like a bird flies into a garden. It was seamless and effortless, yet has sustained a significant impact on my physical health and emotional wellbeing. Since practicing Reiki on myself and others, I have found that I am in harmony with the Universal life force; it flows through me with ease.  I am passionate about inspiring others to connect with this powerful energy, known as Reiki (Japanese), Chi (chinese) or Prana (Indian). I believe we should all have access to this, so we can heal ourselves and others. My vision is of a world where we all live in alignment with our unique purpose.
