My key parenting & re-parenting tips

This is such an important subject to me, obviously as a mom but also as someone very interested in subject of healing - as my therapist used to say "we grow up to heal our inner child". I'm not an expert but I think about how I parent a lot, I read about it a lot and I think I have some parenting tips and tricks that I really believe in and I want to share them with you.
