My Mental Health ~Journey~

This is an episode that I have been nervous to record because it is definitely getting to another level of vulnerability that could potentially have negative consequences... lol... BUT, I am making this anyway because I genuinely want to spread awareness not only for mental health in general, but also for the specific impacts that it can have on our daily lives. It's so easy to think that someone has it all together on the outside, but it can feel lonely living a life that feels so opposite of that.
