My Music Episode 248 - Chloé Caroline

from My Music · host Graham Coath

Born and raised in Manhattan Beach, California with half Canadian roots, Chloé Caroline's music radiates a warm, authentic SoCal vibe with a subliminal message for people to live their truth and spread their light so we can better connect and understand each other. Her ultimate goal is for nobody to ever feel alone. After experiencing a life-threatening illness at age 11 that left her isolated, she taught herself guitar from YouTube using songwriting as her outlet. Shortly after graduating Belmont University in 2018 with no prior acting experience, she auditioned and co-starred alongside Kelly Rutherford and Cameron Mathison in Hallmark Channel's "Love, of Course". She also wrote and performed the soundtrack and songs for the film. In addition, she has had multiple film/TV placements with her original songs ranging from the end title of Lionsgate's "The Great Gilly Hopkins" to MTV's "Catfish". As an influencer, she has organically and independently built a loyal following via social media with 200k+ fans that have dubbed themselves the "Chloé Caroline Crew", landing her 70+ brand partnerships including Stella Rosa Wines, Toyota, and Meta. A believer in "using her creativity to her full potential", she's even co-designed a jewelry collection inspired by her songs in partnership with Moonglow Jewelry. Most recently, she released the first of two EPs called "The Awakening Vol 1", garnering radio traction from LA's own Alt 98.7 "She is the Voice", Montana's Mix 93.3, Chicago's Mix 101.9, CBC Radio, and BBC Radio 1, as well as nationwide retail play in over 18.3k U.S. stores and college campuses across Canada. Live performances and interviews on KTLA, Global News Canada, and NBC's "Today in Nashville" are just a few ways the storyteller has expanded her reach. She's sold out and played all over LA (Hotel Cafe, Peppermint Club, We Found New Music, etc.), Nashville (Bluebird Cafe, The Analog, Listening Room), and festivals like Sundance Film Fest, Island Hopper, and Key West Songwriters Festival. Most recently, she made her "School Night" industry showcase debut at Bardot Hollywood in LA. In addition, Chloé co-hosts the unedited "Unwritten" podcast, inspiring others to live their best lives and giving a platform for anyone to share their story/advice. #BigStar #Music #Interview #Voice
